Most people don't understand soft power, and there's no way to really objectify it, so that's why it's a good easy target to funnel money to the billionaires. Hopefully, that new administration will be smarter than the ones in the past, who made it so awful, that it allowed for the dismantling. My point was a good chunk of that humanitarian aid helps US businesses as well. Those businesses are now left out, because they're earmarking that money for tax cuts to possibly create businesses.
