    Moss has never had NFL speed or elusiveness. He does break tackles, typically gains a few yards after contact, catches the ball well and pass blocks well. Honestly I'd be happy if they played him at FB and cut Gilliam.

    Yup. Gibbs didn't know the rule. He was too fixated on restrictor plate sizes. I dont think he missed. He never got a chance to kick as they called two timeouts.

    Yes. Happened to the Bills when Washington coach Joe Gibbs called two timeouts back to back to ice the kicker. It was a 15 yard penalty then though. Not a 5 yard FG.
