This site defended EJ Manuel for 3 plus years. Even if Allen is garbage which so far he has been it’ll take 3 plus years for anyone to come to some consensus and even then. I imagine some people here still think Manuel got a raw deal and if given the chance he can be an all pro qb. Right not CJ is light years ahead of Allen and it’s really not even close.

Allen is a work in progress. I said it last week and I’ll say it this week. He’s a better rb than he is a qb. He looks to run more than he looks to pass.

How’d Josh Rosen do today? 77 qb rating Baker? 81.7 Darnold? 98.1 Allen 42 This is his 4th start his OC isn’t giving him any help either with the long running route trees these people are running. But right now he’s 4th out of the 5 qbs who were drafted and that’s just because Jackson hasn’t started yet. He needs to pick it up. I’m not nervous because it’ll take a bit. But he doesn’t look good throwing the ball. And playing qb in this league has never ever been easier.

42 qb rating is bad no matter how u slice it. One or two passes didn’t matter. He wasn’t good today. They relied HEAVILY on the run because he isn’t a good qb right now.

If u watched this game. He didn’t play well at all. All he did was hand it off. Every pass he had was bad. He literally ran to the players he was going to pass to and he couldn’t even hit them in the hands. He has potential but today was not a bonus for him. He threw 82 yards man.

Allen coaches him in the elite 11 qb camp. So how bout dilfer knows this kid as well.
