At this point, it might be the only way anybody else has a chance. Whenever the Chiefs find themselves treading in deep water, the refs throw them a flotation device. Yep. The only way to win is to dominate them. Close games will end up in their favor every time. Hence their 16-0 record in one score games. I refuse to believe the Chiefs & Mahomes are just that clutch. That doesn’t make people think?

Glad I’m not the only one who noticed multiple blocks in the back on that KO return. The chiefs player even put his hands up immediately after drawing even more attention. The non-catch by Worthy at the 4 yard line 😂 the whole length of the football passed the line to gain. As Journey says “it goes on and on and on and on…” Glad NFL fans are waking up to this blatant crap. Mahomes was asked about the officiating during their press conference and you could see the guilt all over his face. The league is so bent on someone else challenging Tom Brady’s dominance. They are literally manufacturing W’s for this man. Thankfully, people are seeing through the BS. I predict that this is going to be one of the lowest rated Super Bowls of all time. But yeah, people keep drinking their cope juice. “The Chiefs wanted it more. The Bills were unprepared. Sean McDermott needs to be fired.” Right. McDermott has transformed the culture of this entire franchise. They made it to the AFCC and got screwed. Josh Allen and McDermott are heroes in my household.

Yes, Buffalo squandered some opportunities, but so did KC!! A TON of screwups on each side. When a game is THAT close down to the wire, officiating can be (and WAS) the thing that tipped the scale for the final result. Game was lost by 3 points. Buffalo had the ball at the Chiefs 40. We were 3 yards or so from Bass’ range who has been money all postseason. That took away 3-7 points away from Buffalo and KC ended up scoring a TD on that turnover on downs, potentially being a FOURTEEN point swing in their favor! Are people blind ? If you’re going to point to Buffalo’s error then point out KC’s as well. They let Buffalo hang around the entire time despite dominating the entire first half.

If Allen asks for a new staff he should get it.
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall
I mean if that’s what HE wants then he should get it. I just don’t think that’s part of Allen’s personality. He’s going to put the blame on himself before anybody else. 31 other teams haven’t been able to stop the Chiefs/Referee juggernaut. Is it really worth it to tear the whole thing down? I think the thing Buffalo is truly lacking is a TJ Watt/Bosa/Myles Garrett type disrupter. They need elite game changers on defense. Von Miller was a ridiculous signing. He’s just too old. Buffalo needs to package their 1st and two 2nd rounders to trade up and get that guy. Rousseau is a great 1b pass rusher like Robert Mathis, but we need a game wrecker like Dwight Freeney to pair him up with. -
The Chiefs are always one step ahead of the Bills...

Allen is better than Mahomes. He just lacks the trifecta of better coaching/better support cast/refs -
Pretty sad that Mack Hollins was the only one who came to play. Cooper made some critical catches, but he is far from what I thought he’d be when he first got here. I’m really hoping a full offseason can whip him into shape. Eagles are going to lose. You can bank on it

We have one in Rousseau. Why does he continue to fold in big games? The most overrated player on this defense. He’s elite against the run, I will give him that. People knock Oliver, but he stepped it up in the post season

In some ways, this is worse than the drought in my opinion
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Go be a Jets fan then if you like droughts so much. -
Absolutely agree. The whole world knew KC was going to bring the heat on that play. Brady had his head up his ass the entire game. He tried to get cute instead of sticking with the winning formula that got him to the AFCC which is RUN THE DAMN BALL. They did it against the #1 Run D the Ravens and it worked magnificently.

When we get closer to the draft there’s going to be some guys that shoot up the board.

The Diggs trade was no where near a failure. They were able to get top 5 production out of him for 3 years. He just wore out his welcome. If Buffalo can get a few elite years out of Pickens to propel them to a SB then I’m all for it. His attitude issues will only make it easier to acquire him. I think the Bills have way better leadership than the Steelers. He actually might like it here especially when he starts putting up real numbers. This WR by committee stuff is only gonna work for so long.

I don’t think Higgins is #1 material. The Bills are armed with 2 second rounders and obv a 1st. This is the year to trade up for a top WR if one of them falls past the top 10. Buffalo is loaded w/ a bunch of good players on offense, Cook being the only elite guy IMO. It’s time to take a swing and move up. The top half of the draft is the only place to find elite WRs unless you get extremely lucky. They have the draft capital to do so.

Kincaid played through torn PCL
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’ll be lucky to be as good as Scott Chandler. Buffalo should’ve went after Hockenson when he was available or drafted LaPorta. Kincaid is approaching bust level. When has he ever showed off that great athleticism and made any amazing grabs downfield ? Or a 100 yard game ? I don’t recall any. He better make a massive leap in year 3. Seems like Beane has been terrible at those late first round picks. I wish they would bring in a consultant strictly for the early picks and let Beane handle the later rounds & free agency. -
Kincaid played through torn PCL

Wow, I didn’t know your knee was responsible for catching a ball that hits you in the hands. The more you know i guess.. -
The stubbornness to continually run the QB sneak....
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
After the last QB sneak where Josh barely made it after 2 attempts was when they should’ve gone to Cook. The guy with 16 TDs. The sneak has worked well for us the past 2 years, but KC was stopping it. Time to hand it off to the guy who’s job is to run it -
Absolutely. This would be a move reminiscent of Diggs where he can really take the next step with Allen throwing to him. Kincaid has failed miserably so far. Buffalo is lacking severely in talent at receiver. I loved the Cooper trade at the time, but he looks like he phoned it in. Get a big bodied #1 w/ a mean streak like Pickens. Pair him w/ Coleman and resign Hollins (the only receiver who came to play that day.) I’m sorry, but This team needs more nut jobs. Diggs & Incognito were the last nut jobs we signed and they both played at an elite level.
