  1. I am surprised this hasn't been posted yet. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2372678
  2. Again, he didn't drop too many. Lot's of receivers drop passes. Reed did good things, like getting a 1st on over 2/3rds of his catches. Hell even Santana Moss had 8 drops last year with 84 catches. By your way of looking at things he sucks. Even that great Steve Smith who was by far the best receiver in the league had 7 drops. So what even he drops a couple, he gets open and he is a solid #3. he is better then Davis by a lot, and he is better then Roscoe, although Roscoe was a rookie, so we'll see.
  3. I go up once or twice per year. It has it's issues, but Buffalo even has a lot of nice areas, especially north towns area. It has lost a lot of it's ethnicity, which is too bad. Also, there still seems to be the old industrial union mentality even in the Mighty taco workers. A lot of what you see here is typical, the whoa is me and the guvment / management is screwing me. Butthere are also a lot of smart people, who are trying there best to make things better, which I don;t think you see too much of Appalachia. The problem is the ones always bitching / looking for the handouts and really a major drag on the ones trying to make it better who just get beaten down by the deluge of taxes that get imposed.
  4. Yeah like the Catholic Church hasn't been opposed to constraceptives for about 2000 years now, nothing new here.
  5. Reed dropped 3 passes the whole year with 32 catches. How about Evans (2 with 48 catches), Roscoe (2 with 15 catches), or Moulds(3 with 81 catches)? Don't even start. And when was Davis hurt last year, only during camp. He was cut for part of the season and only brought back when Brown went down. Get your facts straight.
  6. Upstate NY is like Appalachia. I grew up in western NY, and wasn't nearly that bad.
  7. Davis is not an upgrade over Reed. Davis had 9 and 16 whole catches the last 2 years. Davis might be an upgrade over Roscoe, but Reed and Davis are two different types of players and not really a comparison. I believe Davis was brought in to replace Aiken anyhow.
  8. Let's see: Royal is a huge upgrade over Campbell. Royal is a fair receiver but outstanding blocker. Bowen and Milloy. Yes this is a downgrade. Tripplett and Adams. I am not sure this is a downgrade. Adams didn't like to stay at home and was responsible for getting sealed off and letting large cutback runs occur, well that and Crowell who couldn't fight of the center after Adams was out of the play. so I say one is a push, but leaning towards an upgrade, one is an upgrade and one is a downgrade. So we really haven't moved based on that. So 5-11 still.
  9. In addition just because the government of that state is no longer paying there are plenty of free clinics that these folks get there rubbers from. You want free rubbers, here you go: http://www.jollyjohns.com/
  10. Thanks. Bowen isn't the answer, and it is very likely with that signing that Wire stays, and probably wins back the starting spot. He's a big safety who has pretty good wheels, and in a cover 2 will have a more clear role, rather then always having to cheat on running plays or play action, forcing him to react off that.

  12. That's a small one. I have seen much larger ones. Oh, and those things smell real bad.
  13. Coy Wire is a probowler in comparison to Bowens. Having lived in DC for too long and seeing too many game, be happy we have Coy Wire.
  14. You,re probably right. But I'm not angry.
  15. Because you're the blind epileptic squirrel and Marv just told you you are no longer the starting QB but rather the coffee boy.
  16. Make them participate in drug trials, before the death penalty portion of their sentences. http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2006120434,00.html
  17. I agree, but you still need stars. Right now we have Moulds and Mcgahee on offense. There are no other stars. And please don't mention QB's who can't complete 50% of their passes, or WR's who haven't caught 50 balls, or a converted TE, who was barely adequate even if he was one of our better Olinemen. That doesn't make them stars.
  18. I don't know what the answer is. I know the blind epileptic squirrel isn't it. I know Holcomb and his noodle arm isn't it. Holcomb while not great looked decent and made the line look semi-decent. I know a smart, good QB can make a line look a lot better. That said, if Leinart had the arm of Losman, and the smarts of Holcomb, I would say yes. I just don't really know. Harrington and Ramsey are too much intelligence on the field wise like Losman that i wouldn't want either. Again, I don't know the answer, but right now it scares me that the best option we have can't throw the ball 20 yards down field, and we seem to be stocking up on speed receivers.
  19. He plays behind Freeney, so who knows. I honestly don't even know how good he is, as I haven't seen him play. So ......... not sure why the hype here to sign him, no offense guys, but he hasn't played a lot.
  20. Mathis has several issues. Undersized. Plays RDE (weak side), who is going to move to the other side (Schoebal). Sorry neither is good enough to play the run on that side.

  22. There is one, but if you don't see it on your menu you are either too young (under 21) or too immature to look at it.
  23. Paul has one? I am not even gonna ask how you know? And why he has one?
  24. I know breaking the rules, but I double dog dare you.
