I think they give him one more start and if he doesn’t catch fire then he is done. Sidenote: Flacco and Cooper Rush have even looked like top half QBs so far. Small sample size be damned.

This is, of course, a subject of massive debate. However, it can easily be argued that he received an unjustified sentence for the robbery crimes to make up for the unjustified acquittal on his murder charge. OJ received a sentence of 33 years for the robbery case. That sentence is more than many receive for murder or attempted murder. It seems like the universe (or the judge) tried to correct the clearly incorrect acquittal of murder by imposing an exceptionally harsh sentence for the robbery.

Reid is definitely not father of the year and I have little sympathy for him. He enabled this boy the entire way. To your point, this case illustrates a few disgusting realities of society. First, nepotism is rampant. Like you said, this guy never should have been an NFL coach if he didn’t have daddy. The case also illustrates that if you have money, you’ll get away with almost anything. I’d be shocked if this guy did more than a couple months in the cushiest jail daddy’s lawyer can find. Repeat offender, should be locked up for a long time. And finally, you mentioned the family should sue the Chiefs organization. The Chiefs have settled with the family for an undisclosed amount.

His play Thursday really shows what a waste of space Star was.

If reports are to believed. Looks like this fiery ordeal might finally be nearing the endgame with a Ukrainian victory. Now we just have to hope Putin accepts the loss with grace and doesn’t do anything desperate.

I don’t actually know any facts of the case, haven’t followed it much at all. I am just commenting on the quality of counsel the plaintiff has chosen, and he definitely isn’t good. You usually don’t end up with this counsel because it’s your first choice. His track record has some pretty scummy cases.

I’ve felt from the beginning that this is not the type of counsel you end up with if you have a solid case. This slime ball always felt like a “slipping Jimmy” (for anyone who watched better call Saul). Bottom barrel scum. I feel like you don’t usually end up with them if the big boys would take your case.
