Feels like probably the best compromise, nobody really gets everything they want but it's about as fair as it can be. Do think there should be a possibility for the Bills and Bengals to play on a neutral field but that's about it.

It wouldn't be on a neutral field in that scenario because we'd have had the better seed than them in that scenario no matter what happened in the Bengals game. That's how the Bills have homefield throughout the playoffs though if the Bengals win this week it'd be fair if we played them on a neutral field. It is kind of hypocritical to be completely fine with the advantage the canceling of the game gives you but find it completely unfair when there is a decision that tries to balance it out some.

Right but the entire point is due to how canceling the game put those teams in that situation and that's true for the Bengals as well, so I don't really understand why they didn't include them in that instance.

Not really sure why there isn't a Bills-Bengals neutral site possibility.

I think it's probably best solution they can come up with that sucks some for everyone but mitigates the disadvantage the Bills and Bengals would have if they tried to squeeze this game in before the playoffs.

No if the Chiefs lose this week and we win and the Bengals also win then the game last week would have been for the 1 or 2 seed between us and the Bengals, without it I think they might be stuck with the 3.

They're being a bit short sighted then, at this point neither team could really play this game without taking on a major disadvantage going into the playoffs, what with there not really being enough time to fit it in.

No he's right, if the Chiefs and Bengals both lose this week and the Bills win then the Bills lock the 1 seed, they'd have the better record than the Bengals even if they lose to them and they'd tie the Chiefs and have the head to head with them, for whatever this matters right now.

So if the Bills beat the Patriots and the Jets beat the Dolphins, the Dolphins, Jets, and Patriots will all be tied at 8-9 so who would be 2nd 3rd and 4th?

There's really very little point to this, there have been awful people on here too. Most sane people see this as what it is a tragedy that goes beyond football. If people want to go looking for #######s it's not going to be hard to find them.
