  1. Not may have, definitely, impacted playcalling.
  2. Meh. The D will figure it out. Probably focusing on stopping kelce and drop. Will figure it out.
  3. They've never been rare. Every decade there has been a dominant team. it's Steeler, 80's 49ers, 90's Cowboys, 2000s and 2010s Patriots, 2020s KC.
  4. I guess for that one game last year. Otherwise it would be Kansas City in january.
  5. I agree 100%. I would love to know what the refs actually do (i.e. are they telling the coaches/players and warning them?). It is so blatantly obvious that Taylor jumps a full beat early 99% of every play.
  6. The tricky part is, the NFL IS entertainment. While the NFL wants to maintain the integrity of the sport, they have to balance the "watchability" of the product. If they called penalties on every play (because on judgement calls there probably could be a holding call on every play) it would be unbearable to sit through a game. The hard part is that, if you have players that routinely bend the rules, you just have to hope that if/when the refs get around to calling it, they don't do it on a "key" play. It's kind of playing with fire, but seems to have been working for the Chiefs and other teams over the years (Seattle's secondary during their SB years)
  7. They should have gone with "The Chiefdom"...that's a real term...basically an area ruled or controlled by a chief.
  8. I will say, having this game late in the season, and already having 8 wins in 10 games is a big relief if we lose. Last year we NEEDED this game to have a shot at the playoffs. This year, we are really only likely NEED this game for a hope at the 1 seed. Even with a loss, the 2 seed is still very much in play considering Pitt/Balt and Houston's schedules. Kind of nice. With that said, I hope we wreck them!
  9. Shakir. I want him to stay a Bill for life assuming he remains consistent. I love his fire and the way he plays.
  10. Everyone better get ready for non-stop "false starts" that go uncalled on the KC RT. Guy lines up in the backfield every play and jumps early constantly. It's so frustrating.
  11. Nothing on the Lions? They are really damn good.
  12. While it is worrisome, that could lead to some big momentum shifts if we can stop those (which we have been good at this year).
  13. So he got it Week 3 and then for the month of September:
  14. I want to say Allen got AFC player of the month in September.
  15. I don't have the clip, but one short interview with him last week he said it was more about the range of motion and pain tolerance with moving his hand/wrist to position it for catching. I'm sure ball security is a factor too.
  16. Probably wishing he was at the gym.
  17. Oh, I just looked this guy up...I can't stand him (simply superficial). He has a nerd's face but a jacked body. It's very odd.
  18. No Coleman is the only thing you can assume (confirmed by McD)...Cooper is limited today and the next 2 days of practice should tell a better story. It's still very early in the game week.
  19. If you were on a mattress when that happened @Sweats will take it.
  20. You and your mattresses!
  21. For me personally, if we beat KC, I am "ok" with 2 of the 3 NFC games remaining being losses (obviously want wins though)...as long as we beat NE x2 and Jets. I kind of have the Lions penciled as a loss with a win being a bonus.
  22. Agreed. More annoyed with the mahomes comments about how amazing an incompletion is.
  23. It really depends...balt and pitt schedule are not easy. I think 13 and 4 could get the 2 seed.
  24. I hate Romo and Nantz on KC games...it borders on Collinsworth slobbering
