  7. I may be wrong, but what I conclude, both from this information and the fact that we waited until the 7th round to pick a QB, is that Chan and Buddy think that Trent has the tools to be at least adequate, given a better scheme and coaching.

  11. Here was my experience - the first person said they can't help "because there was nothing on her screen". When you say you need to cancel, they say, "OK, I will send you to someone else who may be able to help you." I assume that was the retention person. So yes, the initial rep you talk to will send you to customer retention.
  12. To me, that stat (if accurate) means we are NOT totally devoid of talent.
  13. I called today. Basically complained that Sunday Ticket was getting too expensive. The first person I spoke to said she couldn't do anything, and when I told her I needed to cancel my auto-renewal, she transferred me to someone else (I assume "Customer Retention"). After a little discussion, they agreed to rebate me $20/month for 6 months, basically a $120 rebate off of the auto-renewal rate of $315. So like the Geico commercials, it really seems to be "a 10-minute call can save you $120". It wasn't contentious or anything, pretty simple really.
