  1. I didn't hear the remarks, but I remember lots of posters on here last year saying McD threw Josh under the bus in the post game comments, and they speculated it was going to ruin the team.
  2. He's that TE upgrade we've all been clamoring for.
  3. Why don't you get your tikki torch and storm the Capitol.
  4. "Jefferson Davis, president of the Confederacy, spent two years shackled to a wall in a Virginia prison. ... Robert E. Lee, former General, was not arrested but joined the pro-Confederate Democrats and worked to prevent Blacks from getting the right to vote. He lost all his property and money and the right to vote." Oh, that's what you're doing! You got us.
  5. Bruce Castor Jr is bombing.
  6. We, the North, burnt the South to the ground. Are you claiming that having a trial is somehow worse that Sherman's march? Oh that's right, you don't actually care about history.
  7. Could you be more disingenuous? Maybe you should take your bull crap to Parlor?
  8. Oh, you don't know what the word incitement means.
  9. While the mob was storming the Capitol Trump tweeted "Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!" This didn't come before, this came while it was happening! The crowd starts chanting, "Hang Mike Pence, Hang Mike Pence!" Incitement, "the action of provoking unlawful behavior or urging someone to behave unlawfully." He did, but the Senators he tried to contact during the riot wouldn't go along with it. He tried to make Mike Pence change the results of the election and sent his supporters to intimidate him into doing it. You should leave the country if you think that was ok. Maybe Germany will take you.
  10. As you've noted elsewhere, this is clearly an area where Josh need to improve. Maybe seeing Brady use the check down to the RBs and TEs to win the Super Bowl against the team that he just lost too will drive that home... The good news is that it is probably the least difficult area of his game to improve on, at least from a mechanical standpoint. We also need to get better at the RB and TE position. With better weapons comes greater trust.
  11. No they didn't. The vote was on whether or not to have a separate hearing to settle the question of Constitutionality.
  12. When they showed this repay I said to the Misses, how anti-cliamtic would it be right now if Mahomes was just killed on the field? If they had to cart his lifeless body away would they keep playing? She didn't appreciate the train of thought.
  13. He did hit his receivers literally in the face on two rediculous diving / falling throws.
  14. For sure, but if you look at last night's game and even the 2018 AFC championship game where the Pats beat the Chiefs with 4 rushing TD's inside the red zone, the element that a potent rushing game would give the Bills O could have turned 3 FG's against the Chiefs into 3 TD's. That's a 12 point swing in a game we lost by 12.
  15. Drake from State Farm was hilarious.
  16. He did far worse against us and didn't get a flag.
  17. It surprised me, but seeing all the holding and face masking the Chiefs have been pulling this game just pissed me off. And I find myself pulling for them to win also.
  18. That intro video that started like it was a generic Covid commercial ended up being really good, with the wives and parents ect.
  19. You had lead in your drinking water growing up, didn't you?
  20. Nope, the resentment and spite filled posts will only grow for the next four years.
  21. Obama, Bush and Clinton could have been tried for crimes committed as President, had the House determined they had committed crimes to be tried for. Many of the lawsuits against Trump you reference stem from his alleged behavior as a private citizen prior to his term as President. Are you claiming that Trump is being sued for acts as President? Or that being President precludes you from any legal culpability from actions prior to holding office? In any event, the Supreme Court may well be asked to weigh in. That's their role in Constitutionally ambiguous situations. I'll tell you one thing that the proponents of Impeachment have on their side, and that's precident. Impeachment post office has been used to try Governors and Senators for crimes in the waning days of their term. We shall see if the Supreme Court says it can't happen to a President. Setting aside whether you believe Trump did, or did not incite a riot in attempt the intimidate the VP and Senate to overturn the results of the election, what should happen to an outgoing one term President that does incite a violent riot to try to alter the certification of a Presidential election?
  22. Impeachment isn't a process to remove an official from office, though removal is a consquence of conviction. Impeachment is a process to bring criminal charges against an elected official. And it is the only process that exists to bring criminal charges against Presidents. A President or former President cannot be brought up on criminal charges by any body but the US Congress for acts that transpired while in official capacity in office. So the argument that a former President can't be Impeached for crimes while in office is bogus. It is the only way it can happen.
  23. Makes sense, I wonder if he would have improved in our system playing on his 5th year option? I think he was a lot stouter on the edge than Addison. Oh well... We definitely need improvement at the position!
