We know they like to build through the draft. Well have our answer in FA. If we keep tyrod chances are well draft a qb high. If we release tyrod and bring in a cheap back up thats clearly not a starter, well draft a qb high. If they bring in an alex smith, eli manning, or one of the vikings qbs in fa, then well keep our picks and build the rest of the team. At this point im gonna say Tyrod is better than Bridgwater but TB will probobly be cheaper, rather just draft a QB in the 1st round, instead of dropping a bag for a top FA QB, when we need to bring in a top DT, LB, and DE in FA too.

I was speakin in hypotheticals we all know it dont really work like that. We both know OBD wants nothing to do with Tyrod no matter how bad the rest of our qb roster is. If they were on good terms i could see them working together to fashion a trade or restructure that both parties would benefit from and be happy with. I wonder how many would have voted Bills if Mccoy was healthy. With a healthy Mccoy this one is a toss up. We dont have the better team but our team got heart, and MOMENTUM. That alone can get us the W as long as we dont beat ourselves. If we can stop their run, we have a good chance to win with bortles spotting us a few interceptjons to poyer and hyde.

Agree, that was one of the best we have looked as a team. I remember being toasted watching that game. I was excited bc we finally played as good as i thought we could, and we couldve won if a few calls went our way instead. I want to see a lot of spread formations and qb options with Murphy if McCoy cant go. Jax has a lot of trouble with movile qbs and if we dont exploit that we wont win. I can see the comparison to jax and sea chickens but that 2ndary is still young they CAN be exploited they CAN be beat. They have an improoved run defense and we have a weakened running roster. We might be in trouble if we cant run it and they jus drop back and play coverage. If not DT maybe Jones finally lives up to his billing. When we signed him i figured the drop off from Woods to Jones wouldnt be that bad. Damn i was wrong asf

Its almost a coordinators game bc our offense with a hobbled McCoy is less than garbage and strictly from a roster standpoint they have a better team than we do. We have a better QB but not enough of a margin to move vegas. Their offense without the running game is garbage with a side of interceptions. If we can scheme us to shut down their run and force bortles to pass to win, Bortles will throw a few back breaking picks to poyer, hyde, and tre white. Comes down to shutting down their run, and the bills offense having enough chunk yardage plays off an uncharacteristically prolific air attack. Hoping our OC studies what the seachickens did vs the jags and emulate it since he has the store brand verson of RW with TT. Protect the ball, force Bortles arm to beat you, find a run game and get TT in groove passing the ball with clay, o leary, and benjamin to counter their top CBs. McCoy is our best player. Period. Without him Tyrod has to play like Joe Montana or channel his inner spirit animal 2012 version of Joe Flacco to win with no run game and a ballhawking top flight 2ndary

It wasnt scheme. Seemed more it was a WR roster so decimated with injuries we had to sign percy harvin off the couch for him to have like 2 recs and re retire with migraines a few weeks later, that and defenses having more film on bills offense

I get what your saying and I disagree. If your gonna put in the RBs we might as well just say the whole offense. Because oline exists and is virtually the same. The rushing game took a nose dive. We all see it we all know it, even the numbers show it but numbers dont always show the whole picture. Tyrod did not have the same season this year as the passed 2. The Rex years our offense was top 10 in big plays and scoring when tyord was starting*. Not defending a boom or bust offense but when we hit, we hit big on long bombs and long runs, it was a huge relief watching us in 2015 after being bored to def by the marrone offenses and etc. Gone were the 70 yd 56 and 80 yd tds to anyone with speed. Gone were the 10, 15, 30 yd qb runs bc defenses didnt know if shady was going, if tyrod was going or if tyrod was gonna throw it. So as far as getting production out of talent as flawed as they might be, our current OC just isnt there yet, and your stats damn him and Castillo and the decision to go zone blocking with our roster.
