Guilty. Lamar's making me look like an idiot! He doesn't look at all like he had in the regular season though. This team crushed the Chargers in the regular season. He's just looking like a rookie in the playoffs. Throwing all over the place, wasn't nearly this inaccurate in the regular season games I saw him in.

I personally get annoyed when we throw everybody but Allen under the bus on the offensive side to make him look better. As if we want the offense to be as bad as humanly possible to prop up JA and make some speculation that if he had any other mediocre offense he'd be lighting up the NFL. Look no further than the Rosen thread where we got in shouting matches over which Quarterback had the worst offense.. as if that's a good thing to have a bad offense.

I feel ya. Mind Dak had and still sort of has pretty crappy recievers outside of Cooper as we do. Better than JA's. One guy is certainly a safer bet while JA is higher risk high reward so depends on how much risk anybody wants to take. Dak looked like king of the Quarterback world his rookie year and now he is where he is now. I'd take JA as well basically on a gamble he can carry a lesser team than someone like the Cowboys Dak is dependent on. But you and I are running the risk we don't get JA to Dak's level. How likely he is to get there is so hard to tell but i've seen enough to take a gamble. But Dak isn't a bad Quarterback to have one bit. Just makes a SB contender much more work than what we're gambling JA could need.

He could be. But until Allen does better than Prescott statistically at some point, we can't live on conjecture of how great Allen would be in XYZ situation. We can simply see what others QBs have accomplished, or what JA has accomplished. 5 years down the road if we're saying this same nonsense than we're screwing up. It won't matter if JA isn't some All-Pro caliber player only when surrounded by the best offense money can buy, but we'll know he sure as **** ain't up with Marino or tons of other QBs that have done fine with bad support. Plus we'll still be complaining about JA's support.. reckoning day shall come. No Quarterback gets that excuse their entire career. Nor the guy building the offense. Dak's had an impressive enough career to be the franchise. Let's wait until JA scratches his #s before we say he's the better QB. Dak is flat out better until proven otherwise.

I don't know much about Fuller. I know he's fast but.. he's had very little production for being like the 2nd WR taken 1st round in the draft. Invisible on fantasy football is the extent of my knowledge

Will Fuller looks to be a straight bust. D Thomas was hurt but yeah.. they don't appear to have depth with just starting caliber receivers otherwise. Basically like us without Zay. They got Hopkins and we got Foster and nothing else lol Lamar Miller is fantastically mediocre. Overrated IMO.

Well don't write Watson off yet!! Also really pulling for Lamar to have playoff success. I love seeing players succeed when people dismiss them because they don't follow lazy conventional wisdom football analysis... Like RPO's haven't had huge success for young QBs in the playoffs. Lamar Jackson plays winning football with near perfect football execution until proven otherwise. He's that good at rushing the football. And is a completion machine when he needs to be. Whatever's going on over there is winning football regardless. Oh and yep I'm writing off Watson as I've typed this. ***** Watson.. not good enough (this year )

I remember a lot of great Quarterbacks stinking it up in the playoffs at any given point in their career. Watson is among a lot of legit young Quarterbacks that are going to be very good for the next 10+ years. Breath of fresh air. Was never sold on Mariota, Winston, basically any QB but Cam and Ryan between Rodgers / Ben Rivers Eli drafts until Watson and Mahomes showed up. Looking forward to seeing the NFL landscape finally turn over in these next few years.
