    If I had to guess I see the next 4 picks being in the positions of OL, WR, CB and RB in no particular order. That leaves a 5th, 6th and 7th as trade fodder.

    He has to find a partner. I'm sure it's what he wants to do that both in the 3rd and 4th rounds. Teams won't trade until they are almost on the clock. They are watching their boards too.

    You use the 4th now to move up in the 3rd and then 2 5ths to move back into the 4th tomorrow. Eazy Peezy.

    Beane wasn't double-dipping. He may pick a WR at #95 though.

    Not really. Just about all of the franchise QBs have their 5th year option picked up. The extensions signed in year 3 get put on AFTER the 5th. Josh and Mahomes (as examples) had 5th year options picked up.

    Agree, unless a couple of teams have a 1st round grade on a player they really want, and some kind of bidding war starts. Beane makes the pick or trades for a very favorable deal.

    Exactly how I see it. Really hope he hits on his Day 2 picks tonight!

    I'm of the opinion that the 1st round talent was drying up and none of the teams were willing to go back to Pick #28. Your "takes two to tango" is lost on a lot of fans.

    So does mine. I hope the 2 KC picks don't help their team and I hope the 2 Bills picks do. I'm a fan, not a soothsayer.

    What if everything you stated is not true and just speculation? Without seeing Beane's board none of us know exactly why.

    All informed Bills fans know this. My point was Beane was not the GM.

    Beane wasn't the GM for the Mahomes trade. My wish as a Bills fan is that this trade goes well for the Bills and bad for the Chiefs. A Worthy bust along with Pick #133 coupled with 2 Buffalo Bills stars at #33 and #95 would be awesome! A football fan's hope springs eternal. Can't wait for tonight!

    Beane is missing a 5th and 7th rounder in next year's draft. I'm certain he will look to get them back on Saturday. It would be great to deal off one of the lower round 5ths to a team not projected to be all that good for their 2025 5th and 7th.

    I'll wait for the draft to finish before I give my opinion on Beane's moves. I also never gave any opinion on Worthy. He could "bust" or be great.

    I'd bet my bottom dollar that if Beane moved up to draft Worthy certain people would be calling for his head. Stuff like "he gave up a 3rd rounder for a 4th comp pick". We now have only one other pick in the top 130. "KC fleeced him". This board is so predictable.

    Thank you for posting. I was just figuring the difference and you saved me a lot of work. I think Beane did good IF he is getting his WR with pick #33 that he would have taken at 28.
