  1. What is hilarious for me is that some of you are trying to make out that one or other of the  two quarterbacks on the Bills deserves to start in Baltimore. You were the ones that said Peterman was trash and  would not even be on the team when the final cuts came. You are the ones who belle red about McBeanes pick of Allen in the draft.  Why don't you admit you really don't know anymore than the rest of us. Allen is going to be number one and Peterman number two when  McDermott decides . That is the way it is  and they don't really care about your so-called expertise.

I don't really know what that means. I have said the same thing about the quarterbacks 100 here times since the draft. Allen was going to start week one. McCarron will be the backup. Peterman will be lucky to make the team and will be signed to the PS. That is still a decent chance to happen as soon as McCarron is healthy. I don't think anyone of us knows whether AJ is going to be 100% by the first game. I would doubt it and if he hasn't practiced full go they will surely have Peterout as the backup.

It means that AJM is no longer in the Bills plans. They will pick up a retread for emergency.

  3. It all depends on how long Allen plays , if he plays a quarter and Peterman plats a quarter , we are at the status quo. I personally think that McD doesn't want to start Allen in Baltimore but ,Allen has  come along  faster than anyone could imagine. I  feel sorry for you  Peterman haters because the least Peterman  is going to be the backup to Allen when Allen is ready. AJM will be gone. when he gets " healthy ". I have the best of  two worlds in that I really like Peterman and was ecstatic when  the Josh they picked turned out to be Allen . Now it is a matter of when no t if that Allen becomes our  QB  and  Peterman becomes  number two.

I agreed that was the only thing they could learn from him playing with the 3s. I was disagreeing with that being the reason he was playing with them instead of it being the only space left after AJ got the 1s and Allen the 2s.

That was the plan before the game . McCarron with the ones. Allen with the two's and Peterman with the three's. McCarron failed , Allen did great and Peterman fulfilled what McD wanted from him. so what"s the beef?

I suppose I was having trouble understanding your wild assumption. I mean you came up with a reason why he was with the 3s but it didn't really make a lot of sense. From what I've been seeing the contest between AJ and Peterman was pretty neck and neck and it was AJ's turn in game 2. So that left the 2s and 3s but Allen had done well and people wanted to see him with and against better players so he got the 2s. That left the 3s for Peterman which seeing if he could elevate them any is about all you could look for with them.

Didn't the announcers tell you that  McD wanted to see whether or not Peterman could elevate the 3rd string players to a level above themselves before Peterman  was on the field.? If you knew anything about football you would know that coaches rely on leaders that can " rally the troops " as they say.

I love how you have made this same post several times in the past only for me or someone inform you that he had 3 passes hit receivers right in the chest only to have receivers drop them. He also had a spike to stop the clock which counts as an incompletion.

He was pretty much perfect that game.

What's hilarious is that you have nothing of substance to counter what I posted.

Did you read this or is it fake news.........

It's a little hard to tell exactly what you're talking about through the broken diction, and punctuation (I assume you're typing this on your phone, while driving?), but if you're trying to sell me the conspiracy theory that the offense purposely threw the first half because they didn't like McD's decision to sit TT, I'm not buying.

It was reported by the press but i suspect your not one who believes them or pays attention to them if you disagree , or you even reads   them.

This seems like a stretch in defense of Nate. When Tyrod came out in the second half, the Bills looked like a different team. My take, at the time (other than "why did I spend so much money on these tickets..."), was that Peterman could not lead the team, and was indecisive both in the huddle, and at the line. Confusion reigned in the first half. I have always said of that game that the five interceptions were only half the story of Peterman's performance.

If you didn't know it or are just trying to cover it up , the line ledaders decided that that they didn't like McD 's decision  to start Peterman. Peterman was just a foil. in the whole drama. Of course they played better when Tyrod came in. McD apologized to the team and all was well. I would think that Mcd knows who he can trust and if I were them I would buy my Jelly  Beans  one at a time. But that is just me

Help me out here.  My concern is he can't handle pressure.  I haven't watched any practices, but you can't even touch the QBs in practice. that's why they wear those red jerseys.  I did watch the game and Carolina did'n't put that much pressure on him.  What specifically did you see in a practice or the Carolina game that make one think he can now handle pressure whereas 6 months ago he could not?

I was at practice today and Peterman handles the blitz the best of the three QB,s. They blitz but obviously dont touch the QB other than touch him to signify a sack. Peterman does not have a problem as the ball is gone before they get there and is complete to a back or emergency receiver.  Mc Caron does not have the release that Peterman has. You saw this on some passes in the game but obviously did not realize that they were blitzing.

You didn't answer my question.  Do you think if Nasty Nate starts Baltimore will not blitz the pants off of him?  This will also the first game for a 40% new OLine. If (WHEN) they do, do you think he will be able to handle it any better than he did last year?  If so, what makes you think so?

Have you watched any of the practices this year ? The game against Carolina ? It should be evident that is a new year and all of the bromides against Peterman  are silly.

If you want to go by pre season stats and practices in red jerseys then I guess you can say that factually.

Facts tell me a different story. To me AJ looks way ahead of Nasty Nate.  AJ has impeccable footwork and pocket presence. He can tell the pressure and slide around to an open spot and throw the football.  He doesn't just take off running like the other guys do.  He has really good accuracy as well. The 62 yard play Thursday was stallion IMHO.  He got 2 possessions and we scored both times. No TOs

If it's close we gotta go AJ.  The book is out on Nasty Nate that he  melts under pressure. Coach Lynn could tell this from last years PS games and took it to him. You saw the results. Jacksonville did the same and in 4 plays he has one one intentional grounding and 1 pick.  If he starts expect to see much more of the same.

What mKes You think this won't be a problem?

You are living in the past. AJM  is history.

I didn't say Allen wouldn't start at some point, I stated Peterman wouldn't take a backseat to Allen.

That was me speaking hypothetically, not presuming to know that Allen would struggle.

    And you sound mad.

Peterman is not foolish enough to believe that he is as good as Allen may be.  He knows that the Bills drafted Allen 7th in the draft  , with hopes that he is our QB. They took  AJM in hopes that he would be a bridge to Allen. Kudos to Peterman for disrupting that scenario . If Peterman wins 10 games this season he will be traded to another team but i don't believe that is possible in light of the schedule. ( I hope I'm wrong ). Peterman  , I think, will be  Allen's  backup.

If it's determined that the Bills are successful on offense with Peterman under center, I just hope the Bills don't do anything stupid.

I don't need to see Doug Flutie - Rob Johnson II.

When it's been determined that Josh Allen is "ready", with all the question marks he had coming out of college, he had better actually been ready.

I do not think it will happen that we will have a QB controversy , Peterman knows his  position is behind Allen  when he is ready and Mcd and Beane said they are not going to rush Allen .

Gunner never was high on Peterman. I don’t think that he expected him to have the worst half since the merger in his first half out. I guess that he was wrong.

Also, progress? He played 4 snaps in the most recent game, and fumbled, took and intentional grounding and threw a pick. That’s progress?

The most recent  " game with pads on Peterman completed 6 for eight  and was the  "toast " of the day . ( do not make any remarks). I don't know how you missed it Kirby.?
