If it wasn't Lamar, it should have been Purdy. I think it was Barnwell who pointed out that Purdy had the 4th greatest statistical season of all time by any/a+. Dak had a better statistical season as well. Mahomes was about the same as Josh and arguably had less weapons.

Josh will hopefully prove he's the best player in the NFL with this upcoming SB run, but as for 2023 MVP, No.

    Purdy? Lmao

No. The following year. 2013 was Tuel pick 6 at the goalline. 2014 was 4th and 1 and the fumble through the endzone from that sh*t running back Whaley traded for from Philly.... something Brown?

We were the better team in both games. Lost them both of course.

I think in the 2013 game we outgained the Chiefs something like 415-180. When Tuel threw that long touchdown to Marquise Goodwin early on it looked like it was going to be our day.

And beyond the 4th down Jamaal Charles run in 2014 and Bryce Brown's awful fumble, I still can't forget the Alex Smith designed keeper that pretty much iced the game. Had the Bills won that game they would've been 6-3. It was a huge factor in them missing the playoffs.

This game more than likely will come down to Mahomes and Pacheco against Allen and Cook and who controls the clock

There are tons of variables that go into and affect the potential outcomes, but I think you've distilled it down to the biggest factor. This is a game about being physical and imposing your will on the opponent. The team that does this best will end up victorious.

Can I ask if people feel any differently this year as opposed to the Bengal game last year? I'm curious to know what people say

I'm definitely nervous about losing to the Chiefs again, and the injuries are a big concern.

But I still feel better than before the Cincy game. I was pretty certain we were running on fumes at that point and that Frazier would have no answers on defense whatsoever.
