Sure would've been nice if that extra point was made earlier

SF hasn't been the same since ol Shanny butchered the end of the 1st half

Dude Shanahan is so unbelievably cursed in the super bowl
He's just a choker, plain and simple

Conceding the last meaningful possession to the Chiefs is pure idiocy, especially when KC gets the ball after half🤦
-
Wtf did Shanahan let 30 seconds burn? Is he going to take his 3 timeouts to the locker room?

Easy. Every player above him was unquestionably better than he was, s was Tyreek and Stroud.
How do you consistently manage to be one of the worst posters on this board? I don't know whether to mock or congratulate you. Your takes are guaranteed to be negative, biased, and laughably off base

I wonder if he is still going to make himself look stupid and wear his hat backwards on the sideline. The Commanders will be needing a lot of rallies, so maybe it will be appropriate now

I would be pretty pissed if I was a Washington fan. He's an overrated defensive coordinator. In the games I saw of Dallas he made almost zero adjustments and his defense performed poorly despite having above average talent. I can only assume there was no amount of money Washington could offer to sway Ben Johnson

I don’t think the 49ers have much of a chance. Their defense has looked vulnerable in the playoffs, and you know Reid will take advantage of every weakness he’s seen.
The Chiefs have the better coach, quarterback, and defense. Add in the fact they are highly confident coming off two big road wins and Kyle Shanahan usually turns into a pumpkin in huge games, and I would be very surprised if KC lost. How is San Francisco a 2 point favorite based off of what we've seen from both teams in the playoffs?

The coaching job Campbell has done with Detroit is nothing short of remarkable.
I am dumbfounded that he is catching this much grief. Then again, it's similar to Josh always "losing" to Mahomes despite the fact that he rises to the occasion. You will get turned on in a heartbeat in the NFL, no matter the facts or circumstances.

17-10 is hardly "smoking" the Ravens
The Chiefs outplayed Baltimore handily though. There is no question about that

Be interesting to see how quickly if at all Lions fans forgive Campbell for this - even if it was more luck than blame. He's the best thing that's happened to them in years. But we've seen ourselves how these things play out.
Along those same lines, will Campbell become more conservative when the Lions are in the playoffs next year? That would be a colossal mistake imo

I honestly don't care enough about them to feel good or bad for them.
Just think it's kind of weird when somebody wants others to suffer.
Two sides of a coin I guess. I don't believe they have been suffering, at least nowhere near the level we have been.
In any event, probably a moot point. The KC Swifties are going to win because they are better than both NFC teams

Everybody else should be as miserable as me.
Great philosophical outlook
I hear you, but do you want to end up as the last city in the whole league without a championship? I know I don't.
It's nothing against Lions fans. If my team and city hadn't suffered so much and gone through endless playoff heartbreak I would've gladly rooted for them today. Detroit has had plenty of success in other sports

Yeah, he made an extra point in a low leverage situation. Completely the same deal as the situation before

Neither of these teams can beat the Chiefs. NFC was a joke this season.
THIS
The AFC Championship game was the Super Bowl. Either the Ravens or Chiefs would wipe the floor with either of these teams

Did he tell Josh Reynolds to drop two crucial passes? Did he pull a horseshoe out of his ass like Purdy did on the pass to Aiyuk. The guy turned the whole franchise around and everyone turns on him in a matter of minutes 😂
