Im not buying it.  Dude had a poor 1/2 season.  He will be back in form.

Yeah, even if the 2nd half of the season is a harbinger of decline, what do you call the 1st half? He was elite then. I don't think you can slip this fast, especially at 30. Most likely this is a combination of the OC change, a nagging injury, and the very beginning of a slow reduction in skill.

    Here's my logic.

I'd root for the Ravens because I don't want Mahomes to have the chance to win another Super Bowl and hear all off season how he's the greatest NFL player that ever lived. Buuuut...I also don't want Lamar to make a Super Bowl before Josh. So...go Chiefs.

In the NFC, I would love for the Lions fans to get a Super Bowl. They deserve it. Buuuut....I also don't want to see yet another franchise win their first one before Buffalo doesn't. The list is thinning out. So...go 49ers.

In the Super Bowl...I'll go 49ers simply because I want a team that is paying a RB a huge contract to win it all just to piss everyone off.

This is exactly how I'm looking at it

It would be quite the story.

If they win the SB, they would have defeated SF and then KC/Baltimore.

    That's not an easy feat.

That's why I said thus far lol. I sure wouldn't mind playing the Rams and Bucs as my first 2 playoff games. Easy street

  4. Go Niners.

Can't root for the Lions (although I understand they're an underdog story) because I am going to be really pissed if they up and win a Super Bowl without having to go through any playoff adversity. They have had an easy run thus far because the NFC is so lackluster.

As SCBills said, I don't wan't Lamar getting to a Super Bowl and past KC.

    And well, @!#& the Chiefs

This game is a cataclysm of the last 6 years into one game.

the highs, the lows, the still not being able to cover Travis Kelce, the still letting mahommes pirouette around and get a big first down or finding someone open downfield.

Tyler bass didn’t lose this game. From the first snap mistakes were made from Diggs fumbling. To the last drive with Diggs dropping a huge pass, Josh fumbling with 5 mins left and then missing Shakir in the back of the end zone.

this is another game of missed opportunities. Blame who you want. There’s plenty to go around

I believe the word you mean is microcosm?????

what the f8ck??? we signed this dude to a big contract caus he was supposed to be the guy.  he shouldnt have missed that kick!!

This is all true, and I agree. Did anyone think he would actually make it?

    Houston, we have a problem...

Just sad man. The dude was a drafted kicker and sucked. We suck with him and he became pretty money. But my friends were worried about it.

I like to think it shouldn’t be close enough for a kicker to be the difference. Like 50 plays in the game that could have changed that outcome. But like 90% of nfl kickers hit that. And we take that momentum and win in OT. It just sucks.

Scott Norwood with a bigger leg. This guy looks shaky on a 25 yarder. Honestly, Bass is worse than Norwood. At least Scott made a ton of game winning kicks prior to SB 25

I just turned 53.  I've been where you are now for about 2 or 3 years now.

I just want one before I die.

If anyone here thinks the big win is coming with McDermott as the HC, check your sanity.

Jeez so depressing but I agree. I'm only 43 but would give my life for my father to see one. And yeah, it's almost certainly not happening with McD

id imagine nearly if not every player on the roster does

Not sure, but I was referring to ones that were actually diagnosed. Didn't recall this being a known issue for him.
