    It's weird. I went into the game saying if the Bills didn’t turn it over they would win, possibly with ease. We got our ass kicked anyway. Allen was not the problem today

    I don’t know if we give him am ultimatum, but this is pretty much what needs to happen. As bad as our loss was today, this might be the least disappointed I've been with McD at a season end. I thought he did a great job this year. But he has to address the coordinators - we went from having one championship level guy to zero
