If he’s not expecting the moon, I’m going after Chase Young in free agency.
What if he wants the sun?

Do we have any appetite to sign Gilmore? Could maybe get him on a modest 1 year deal to return to Buff to try and win another Super Bowl prior to retirement.

Any time I see anything about the Bills or Josh Allen almost immediately the Chiefs and Mahomes are brought into the conversation.
I just want my Bills news, I don’t want to continually be reminded of Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs and their Superbowls and how the Bills always lose to them and blah blah blah……
It is so aggravating that not only do they win but whenever my team is spoken about I need to hear all the superlatives about the crown prince and his team.
I will be using this board to curate my NFL news this offseason, thank you to all the contributors that wade through the mud of the NFL offseason.
I can’t wait until the Bills and JA win one and finally get all these people to STFU.
(carve out for Rich Eisen, he always has Buffalo’s back)
So, I shouldn't make any posts comparing Allen and Mahomes?

NFL has nothing to do with it. If you choose to go someplace outside and get frostbite, that’s on you
But I guarantee they will try to sue the NFL anyway

Because games don't get this cold in weeks 14-17 either?

Just curious if those in the know, know if Buffalo is changing anything about their conditioning program. Yes, every team has injuries, but Buffalo was absolutely crippled by them, both in number and the quality of player taken down. And it's been two seasons in a row now.
To be clear, I'm asking seriously. I'm no doc, or that knowledgable about the specifics of the different injuries or how teams handle this kind of stuff. I know it's been bad luck, and I honestly don't know if there is anything we could change/improve to try and help cut down on them.
I think this team can go all the way, and would hate to see a third straight season sniped by yet another epidemic of injuries.
I hope we're not playing overseas this year. And I'm not thrilled we're at Detroit again. Hope their turf doesn't claim more victims. >.>
I don't think conditioning really has anything to do with tearing ACLs or an Achilles or spraining an ankle. Those are just unfortunate injuries that happen and even players in the best conditioning program can get them. Those are just caused by stepping wrong on the field in the moment. Conditioning would be more about keeping guys in shape and not getting hamstring injuries and stuff like that.

I gotta go with Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer. I think they would be great in this Defense

Fruits and vegetables are called produce because they are what the land produced. Producing is still producing. There are better examples. The problem with resign and re-sign is that they both involve a change in work circumstance........they aren't used in an entirely different nature.
I know the difference. It's mainly just that the word is the same but have different meanings

Am I the only one that thinks that, if God forbid he has to play here, that he actually wouldn't be THAT bad? I feel like we are probably the most talented team he has been a part of and he was a #2 overall pick. There could be way worse options

Just like
"Von Miller is going to Wegmans today to buy some produce"
Vs
"Von Miller must produce more on the field"
Two completely different meanings

I agree 100%. That was a painful day. Still thought we should have kept Bruce.
Me as well. And then watching Thurman go to Miami? It hurt

Those 3 were HOFers who helped us to 4 SB's. These guys today were good and beloved players but not in the same tier as 34, 83 & 78.
Exactly

I still think that day was worse. That was Bruce Smith, Andre Reed and Thurman Thomas all the same day. This might be number 2 but I don't think it could ever pass that

The next day I was one who said it was a rebuild and McD needed to go also.
Right, right and right!!!This coach absolutely squandered our best chance in decades , multiple seasons in a row.
Now , here we are getting ready to rinse and repeat.
Never fear, at the beginning of the new season , I’ll pour some more salt in the would and point out that we will never win it all with McD.
Peace out till then, Boys and Girls✌️
But it's not a rebuild. You were wrong there

We need to definitely to find someone to do that

Do Von next! Rip that bandage BBB!
I don't know if it's doable this season. We may have to go one more year with him

We’ve done that before. Doesn’t always work.
So, don't do it again? I mean, we know what Mitch is

Beane: "Hey Deonte, do you remember in Miami last season when you returned that punt for us and changed the momentum of the game"
Harty: "Hell yeah, that was fun. I can't wait to do that again for us this season"
Beane: "Yeah....about that....that's not gonna happen"
Harty: "What do you mean?"
Beane: "I am asking you to do the opposite of stay"
Harty: "I'm not sure I follow"
Beane: you see that door right there?"
Harty: "The one that goes out to the parking lot?"
Beane: "yeah, that one. I need you to go through that door and not come back in it"
Harty: "why?"
Beane: "Just a game I like to play"
Harty: "Doesn't sound fun at all"
Beane: "Deonte, go through that door. And don't come back. Take your car to the house like you did that punt, but stay there and don't come back"
Harty: "But I don't think"
Beane: "Deonte, you're cut. Get out"

Well now the ones that wanted him gone so badly can be happy. Go ahead and celebrate at the Casino tonight and brag. Have fun

I believe that Burrow has the benefit of the doubt for not playing well.....he had been to the SB only the year before, so i cut him some slack. When our team has the post SB blues and doesn't play very well, i'll cut them some slack too.
It really shouldn't matter. And it was "2 years before" not the year before. I was simply commenting on the fact that someone said the Bengals went 9-8 last season and then someone said "that was with no Burrow". I simply pointed out that even with Burrow they were 5-5 so let's not give him that much credit. Burrow didn't win his Super Bowl and this is a thread about which QB will be the next to win their first so...there's that. We don't know who it's gonna be

Not sure what's taking him so long with an Allen restructure. He seems to want to find other ways of making it happen without doing that
