Ya he was probably around 5- For elite for my criteria, I personally used top 3-4 at the position .

That's why I said borderline elite. It just depends what your definition of elite is

That's your opinion.  I wanted some objectivity to the criteria and one thing is for certain is all those guys made all pros last season.

If you disagree with my criteria, fair enough but I think there has to be some objectivity to this

So, your Criteria puts Aiyuk on the same level as Justin Jefferson, Jamaar Chase, CeeDee Lamb, DeVante Adams, AJ Brown? Sorry but I disagree because disagreeing would be right, not just an opinion lol

  2. These players are babies.

"I got tagged on a one year deal for 20 million dollars. Wahhhhhhh, wahhhhh. The team hasn't negotiated with me long term yet even though they have until July 15th. Wahhhhhh, wahhhhhh

Comparing to the chiefs and 49ers the 2 SB teams, here's how I'm going to categorize as elite:

-Made 1st team/2nd all pro last year

-Top 3/4 at position. (For example, Josh and Mahomes are elite even though they didn't get voted all pros)

So for the bills I got 3 players but technically only 2 last year cause the Milano injury.

    -Josh, Milano, Taron.

    Chiefs: 7 players

-Mahomes, Kelce, thuney, humphries, C Jones, Mcduffie, Sneed

49ers: Hufanga got hurt so technically 7 players

-Mccafery, Aiyuk, T Williams, Kittle, Bosa, Warner, Hufanga, Chardavious Ward

    (I didn't include their fullback)

So in the playoffs if you factor in injuries, bills had 2 "elite" players based on the all pro selection/my opinion.

    Chiefs 7

And 49ers 7 with the Hufanga injury.

While the bills have a lot of good to very good players, I really think they are missing some game breakers on this team.

    What do you guys think?

I don't think you can call Kittle elite anymore and Aiyuk certainly isn't elite. He is a very good player but not elite so you can knock that down to 5

The Chiefs, I don't know if Thuney is actually elite. I don't think McDuffie is. Sneed is but not McDuffie so again, knock it down to 5

The Bills have Allen, Milano and in my opinion Bernard and Kincaid are certainly trending in that direction. I still for now would put Diggs there but I think he kinda falling out of it

So let's not make it seem like the 49ers or Chiefs are that much better than us. A few plays go differently in that playoff game and the Chiefs are watching us play Baltimore in the Championship game. I swear, people that think the Chiefs and 49ers are far and away better must think we would lose 45-10 to both teams. We can beat both if we don't make our own mistakes. That's just truth

Do you really think Von Miller and Beane worked out a deal so that Beane could get 8.5m in cap relief from Von, graciously turning it into incentives - just so Beane could turn around and use that money on someone who will totally replace him and guarantee he doesn't even have a chance to hit any of those incentives?

While I'm sure we'll either sign a vet for insurance that Miller simply can't bounce back - it's not going to be someone like Khalil friggin' Mack.

Do you think Beane or Von counted on Joey Bosa or Khalil Mack possibly being available when that was done? This could be something that just came out in the last day or 2. They can absolutely make room for Bosa or Mack. In fact, if either one becomes available, they better. This sorry a*s thing they have called a pass rush with what they have has gone on long enough. We NEED that elite pass rusher. If either is available, get them. Do what it takes

I promise you that 10 years from now a zoomer will be mad at you for blaming something the Alpha's did on their generation. You little punks are all the same.

Us and the Alphas are NOTHING alike. Not even close

That's the problem with millennials, they think the Internet came out in 1995...  j/k, just razzing you :)

That's when it became public to the people, though it did exist slightly earlier

Try explaining to people the split amongst Gen X which is very real! I've lived it for the past 21 years with my wife, who is 45 and I'm 50. I got the late 70s and early 80s which were different than the late 80s and early 90s, so there are some things she doesn't get that I get.

Well the earliest Millennials were born in 1981. Late 70's is actually more Millennial than Gen X even though you are a Gen Xer. I had someone born in 1979 bashing Millennials and I was like " bro, if you were born 2 years later you would have been a Millennial". It's funny to hear people say sometimes

When I was 38 I wasn’t on the internet with my phone - BECAUSE AL GORE HADN’T INVENTED THE INTERNET YET!!!

You realize that the internet was even out yet when I was born either, right? I was 9 years old in 1995 when the internet came out. The oldest millennials were 14 when the internet came out. We can remember before the internet existed. So, we don't fall in line with the blaming we get with a lot of stuff.

I would have guessed that by your defense of the generation, but there are no memes with "Ok Millennial" printed on them so it wouldn't have resonated...

It just annoys me. I'm almost 40 as a Millennial, the oldest Millennials are now 43 years old but they still get blamed for stupid things and have stuff said about them like "it's hard to interpret a Millennials tweets" like we are still 25 years old lol.

here you go.  The nice part is they don't know who Gene Wilder is so it's even better.

I know exactly who Gene Wilder is because again, Millennials are either near 40 or over 40. But you still think they are 25 years old lol

What are you talking about? I was just defending the fact that Millennials seem to get blamed for weird stuff that aren't even Millennials. Why exactly do you think I'm not acting my age?

He could be trolling too.  Interpreting Millennials social media pages is the price you have to pay to be a true fan nowadays.

Can people stop with the "Millennials" stuff? He was born in 94. One year later and he would have been Gen Z. I think you're referring more to Gen Z's than Millennials. You do realize that there are a lot of Millennials in their early 40's now, right? And a lot more are in their late 30's. Or are you one of those ones where anyone born from 1980 until now is a Millennial?

As I said,if I'm him the only way I do it is if we come to agreements, like #28 is a WR no matter what and we sign somone at WR worth a damn in FA.

Ok but again, he would be leaving his team cash strapped and prolonging getting his money until later. It makes no sense. Restructuring Allen doesn't hurt him whatsoever, it helps him and the team right now. So him playing hardball over it would literally make no sense and they don't need his permission to do it

    They are hilarious.

If the Falcons had won the bidding for Watson, he is probably an All-Pro and they have a NFCCG appearance at least. Just to salt the Browns’ fans wounds.

But because the Browns’ won the bidding, Watson inexplicably just stopped being a good-to-great QB, and is now the worst QB-contract in football.

Thats the power of the Browns. No matter what happens, it’s gonna to maximize their pain.

They have destroyed so many QBs careers. I don't know how they do it

I’d advise people to find the Joe Marino episode about this where he says these big contracts have restructuring options built into it where the team cause restructure it at any time.  A lot of people think a restructure is a new contract when it’s not.

No it will save 23 million this year so they’d only be about 8ish under

I never said a restructure is a new contract. I know it's not a new contract. They would just be converting his base salary into bonuses or incentives to make more cap space. But if they make it a signing bonus, he gets the money upfront and the team doesn't need his permission to do that. So, the fact that this hasn't been done yet is weird

Allen is in Paris. He would have to be present to sign an extension. Odd timing on Allen’s part and I hope it’s not a sign of trouble ahead.

Not an extension. A restructure. The team doesn't need Allen's permission to do that. They can just simply convert his money to a signing bonus. He doesn't have to agree to it. That's why it's strange to me this hasn't been done yet
