Allen has been paired with one of the worst HC and GM combos to take advantage and complement his ability since he arrived in the NFL. His raw talent has consistently bailed them out over past seasons. An offensive minded HC could have gotten so much more out of Allen and a GM that wasn’t so tied to his HC would have brought in more talent to surround his generational QB instead of drafting 50 DTs, LBs and CBs

Doing anything to help KC get what they want was a mistake. The public perception and consternation from the media isn’t worth it. This is one more little thing to bring up when comparing The Chiefs to the Bills and it wasn’t necessary. Let them try and acquire him through another avenue. Sometimes you just have to be petty.

Regardless of how Worthy eventually turns out Beane should never had made the deal with the Chiefs. It’s another thing to talk about with the Chiefs, they don’t need another psychological check on us. The Bills fans don’t need it and the media doesn’t need another thing to egg on the Bills fan base. It was a bad idea from the get go. Beans needs a little foresight.
