I think he hit the nail right on the head...He made some very telling points and I feel they were irrefutable I disagree and there are multiple examples in the sports world where firing a successful hc who always has the team winning but not quite there for a championship has worked and produced said championship from the new guy.....you just have to get the new guy right...and there is some Big name coaches available.....for example fire McDermott and go get Belichick....you gonna tell me Belichick with a top oc isn't gonna win it all with allen? I find that hard to believe bc we all have seen the Belichick process ..McDermott is a great value Belichick

Is the offense the way mcd has turned it into a wr friendly offense? It's looking more and more like the double tightend sets and rb are gonna be the focus with McDermott as HC.....he wants 15 play 8 minute drives and keep the clock moving...Diggs was used as a decoy post dorsey or was thrown to at or behind the los a ton.....strongest armed qb in the league and a top 5 wr and we turn our offense into this? We have turned our bazooka offense into a .22 lol

With a qb like allen and a wr like Diggs that should have been the "Process" all along and it's a NO Brainer....If we wanted to build a tough grind it out offense then we shouldn't have drafted allen or traded for Diggs

I highly doubt belichick takes the falcons job.....too much of a talent void roster...and no certain franchise qb...belichick wants a contender with a franchise qb in place who have under performed imo

For too long has this defense stole resources from the offense and its been vastly under performing when we need them most...3 playoff losses vs kc this defense has forced 4 TOTAL punts

Baring a miracle McDermott will not be fired...pegula isn't a football guy and as long as we win a playoff game and revenue keeps streaming in he is perfectly content with losing in the divisional round every season

Bill wins us the superbowl next season if hired now

In our three playoff losses vs kc McDermott vaunted defense has forced a total of 4 PUNTS

Let's put thing in perspective in our 4 playoff losses 3 vs kc and 1 vs Cincinnati McDermott defense has forced 5 TOTAL PUNTS IN 4 GAMES Go get Bill belichick and we turn into a dynasty with allen at qb

Sorry but you take the wide open TD at that point and every other qb is gonna make that same decision..say allen tries to hit Diggs and diggs drops it or the pass is batted at the line...then everyone would be screaming how allen missed a wide open shakir for the Touchdown..there is no guarantee Diggs catching that pass gets us into the endzone..especially how tight kc defense gets in the redzone...as far as anyone knew that was the Kill shot and shakir was wide open...Dawkins just got blown up and pushed back into allen affecting the pass

Without josh allen this team wins 4 games....McDermott is a product of allen period He most certainly was outcoached! Kc made adjustments at halftime...we continued with the same approach even when it was evident the run game wasn't gonna win the game and the short behind the los passing was being bottled up for short or no gains......we made no ADJUSTMENTS AGAIN

Gabe isn't worth the money he will get....we have to draft a wr or two in the first round and another in like the 3rd or 4th this draft....safety is another major area of concern

I think the offense issues go beyond the OC and players....this offense has been forced into a box that is our coaches vision..so we won't get an oc in here with 100% control of making an offensive system to his liking...that alone needs to be very concerning bc no proven top level offensive mind is gonna come here and be limited to how he can run his offense

It's about scheme above all else.....this coach doesn't get the most from his players bc his schemes and football philosophy is old and long extinct Belichick, harbaugh,Vrabel, Ben johnson,slowik,Pete carol....I'd take any of those guys above middermott Oh you bet your ass they would have some how

Get allen a regime that fully understands you give allen the weapons that tua,stafford,burrow,hurts,dak,Purdy has on offense and watch this kid win multiple superbowls and become the new goat of the league....it's the philosophy of how this team has been assembled and the mentality of forcing a grind it out ball control offense and having the ball in a rbs hands instead of allens......this staff wants old school early 2000s late 90s offense with a defense that cannot be dominant in big games...it's a failure and it's long past time to blow it all up,cut all the dead Weight on the defense and spend the next two drafts and off-season building this offense to the highest level possible

McDermott needs the 2023 ravens defense to get to the championship game....if not for dabol in 2023 we do not make that afccg

Every post season defeat excuses and giving McDermott a pass....clock is ticking on Allen's career...guess we will be content wasting it as long as we get 10 divison titles

When you are on the 6th season of a generational qb like allen any season from year 4 forward that doesn't end in an afccg appearance at minimum is a failure imo..mahomes has been to 5 straight afccg...burrow has been to two and a superbowl appearance.Goff has a superbowl appearance in his first 6 years and is now 1 game away from another....a rookie qb stroud has matched what our coaches could do with allen for the last 3 yrs.....

What's mind boggling to me is half this fanbase is fractured on their support of McDermott...half still support this coach above ANYONE including at the risk of wasting the entire prime career of a quarterback like josh allen

Go trade allen then...draft a pure pocket passer and be happy watching mcd ball for the rest of this decade

We attempted 3 passes of 20 yards.....most all of our pass schemes were under 10 yards and allot of them were at the los....now that worked in the first half as cook was washing kc...kc made adjustments at half and we didnt!...we continued to run cook into loaded fronts and when we did pass it was close to the los where all the chiefs defense had moved up into.....0 intermediate middle of the field schemes! Don't believe me? Look it up...we ignored the middle of the field in the 15 to 20 yard level ALLLL NIGHT
