  1. Gase is crazy. I have it on good authority from a certain concerned Bills fan here on this board that KEY METRICS all point to the phins going on a 10 game winning streak and taking the division.
  2. Actually, chief, the very title of your little prediction thread seems a little pompous, as does your response. Keep them predictions coming, though, I can tell you're used to being wrong.
  3. "Bad games happen..." "simply a bad matchup" "oh but they went on a run last season - as if that is relevant at all this year. Some real "advanced metrics" you're relying on to make your case there. But what do I know you are an expert.
  4. Well let us see MIA has been shut out twice (once by NO!) and put up 6 whole points against NY. So I guess they have already passed your quota of 1 or 2 bad games. Seriously where do you pull this stuff from. I know you are a Pats fan and are just here to troll and foment CONCERN but its tiring.
  5. Prediction threads are the best. Especially the pompous ones. Dollars to donuts the OP never returns to defend his wisdom.
  6. He is on the reserve/retired list so he does not take a roster spot but the team still hold his rights. Similar to the Marshawn Lynch situation from earlier this year. Seattle still held his rights which is way Oakland had to trade for him.
  7. Absolutely. All the strange stuff related to the signing/trade request aside, he looks shot at this point I cannot see him contributing in a meaningful way.
  8. Yes and if management gave him the impression during negotiations that the core of the team would remain intact and contributors were not going to be moved, his actions make more sense. But now, however, with Boldin seemingly deciding to play again, why not come back to a team that is very competitive at this point? Sounds like he just does not want to play in Buffalo.
  9. Really I think you would fit in better there with your ridiculous, asinine takes.
  10. I buy all that as well. It just seems like he is a little delusional, believing he could find the perfect situation and anticipate all the variables (trades, injuries, etc.) that affect a given teams prospects any given season. Wonder if he would have hung them up a few weeks ago when Rodgers got injured had he signed with the Packers? Seems like a selfish thing to do to your teammates.
  11. I am still confused - why did this guy sign with the Bills in the first place if he was never really willing to play here?
  12. The invite for kaep smells like a PR move to me. Maybe a further effort to placate the remaining protesting players? Ikd i would not put anything past goodell and the league. Anyways that being said i am not digging this morphing of the issue from its orginial intent to stick up for colin he needs to play. I agree with what Kaepernick was protesting originally and i have no problems with the way he did it. But for Cam and Michael Bennett and whoever else claiming that Colin is being blackballed is a stretch. Even if their was a team he could help (Jets?) thats assuming that club wants help. Bringing in a competent QB could f-up a teams plans. Maybe Kaepernick deserves a job, another chance. But hes going about it the wrong way for sure.
  13. Very concerning if we lose. Even more concerning if we win. Off the charts concerning if we tie.
  14. How is that? Even if you are already giving them the division (why?) conference games factor into wild card tiebreakers and such. How could the pats games be less important than non-conference games?
  15. I still cant tell if youre serious or being one of the most unfunny trolls ever...either way, just stop
  16. Yeah that is exactly what I was saying. And that is primarily on the old GM Grigson.
  17. The Star isnt wrong per se, but Indys defense wasnt very good before the massive turnover, and their previous GM was a widely hated buffoon. Not sure I would heap this much scorn on the new front office this early, especially with the franchise QB perpetually injured - which, by the way, is partially the result of Grigsons ignoring their offensive line.
  18. Dont we need LBs that can cover? That can play the short zone without people running right past them. That type of guy, Bowman is not. But I get it, hes a guy youve heard of so lets start a thread.
  19. Watkins has what, 1 catch in the last 2 weeks? Getting outplayed by a rookie and robert woods? Sorry Im not too busted up about losing him. Hes had 1 good game (which he left early because he got hurt again.)
