Big Ben Texted Bell Before Deadline-NO ANSWER

You can't be charged unless the victim presses charges, period. We didn't even address the previous rape accusation that he settled out of court in 2008. -

His own bodyguards were cops and even the responding officer was a fan. Do you really think this was properly investigated and there was no cover-ups? "The accuser was treated at Oconee Regional Medical Center. An emergency-room doctor and two nurses examined her and noted in their report a "superficial laceration and bruising and slight bleeding in the genital area", but could not say if trauma or sexual assault was the cause. The remaining examination was "normal".[254] A rape kit was collected, but no ***** was recovered, and the amount of male DNA found was insufficient to create a profile. The doctor's report also quoted the alleged victim telling them that, "A boy kind of raped me."[254] In interviews with the police on the night of the incident, the woman alleged that Roethlisberger, after inviting her and her friends to the V.I.P. area of the nightclub, encouraged them to do numerous shots of alcohol before Anthony Barravecchio — an off-duty Coraopolis, Pennsylvania policeman, undercover DEA narcotics officer at Pittsburgh International Airport, and one of Roethlisberger's bodyguards[255][256] — stated he led her down a hallway to a stool and left. Witnesses, however, stated that Barravecchio "placed his hand" on the accuser's shoulder and applied "a little bit of pressure to guide her" into the restroom where she claims the assault took place, something Barravecchio's lawyer denies.[257][258] After Barravecchio's purported departure, Roethlisberger allegedly approached, exposed himself, and despite the woman's protests, followed her into what turned out to be a bathroom when she tried to leave through the first door she saw. The woman claims Roethlisberger then raped her. It is further alleged that friends of the woman attempted to intervene out of worry, but the second of Roethlisberger's bodyguards, Edward Joyner—an off-duty Pennsylvania State Trooper—avoided eye contact and said he did not know what they were talking about. The policemen claimed to "have no memory" of meeting the woman.[259] Milledgeville Police Sergeant Jerry Blash, who had posed for a photograph with Roethlisberger earlier in the evening, was the first officer to respond. At the scene, he made a comment about the accuser to Barravecchio: "We have a problem, this drunken [expletive], drunk off her ass, is accusing Ben of rape.” Blash later admitted denigrating the accuser and never formally questioning Roethlisberger; he did speak to the NFL player and his off-duty police bodyguards at the Capital City club, but according to Blash's own report, Roethlisberger was hardly engaged and spent most of the time on his phone.[255] On April 12, 2010, district attorney Fred Bright held a press conference to announce that Roethlisberger would not be charged. Bright said "looking at all the evidence here, I cannot prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt".[254] Furthermore, the accuser wrote to the D.A. through her lawyer expressing she no longer wanted to pursue criminal charges[260] because the level of media attention would make a criminal trial too "intrusive" of a personal experience. The letter stressed that she was not recanting her accusation." -

The case never went to trial because the girl dropped the charges due to the media storm it would create. She never recanted her accusation. Like I just said, The case never went to trial because the girl dropped the charges due to the media storm it would create. She never recanted her accusation. Educate yourself on the FACTS -

Ya, cuz banging "a drunken slut" that technically can not consent isn't rape. You sound like a class-act rapist yourself. -
It happens... if you recall a certain QB only got his shot because Bledsoe almost died on the field.

Isn't that a wonderful feeling the day you get that DD214?? I still remember waking up after retiring and thinking, "hey, I don't have to shave today if I don't want to!" lol -

Wasn't that kickoff a live ball??? Why was it blown dead laying in the endzone?? -
He stared the receiver down from the moment he said hike. The only way he could of telegraphed that more is if he actually yelled to the receiver pre-snap "I'm throwing to you on the out!"

News flash... this board is over-emotional and overreacts every week.

You know the answer to this question. You're trying to find affirmation from people you don't know to blow her off. You're already being "that guy."

Fines are not released on Mondays, it's later in the week. So, we do not know if it will be fined yet. However, I do know that I saw and heard a helmet to helmet hit. If you deny that, you are blind, period. Oh and whats your source for most people? The Cleveland sideline reporter and Cleveland fans? hmmm.... excellent sources for your argument. My source? A plain as day video.

Cle23 is clearly blinded by his bias that he doesn't see Landry launch at Johnson and hit helmet to helmet. The video from Greg Vorse TV's twitter seems to show it best and you can even hear the crack of the helmets as they hit.

Something that impressed me was after the disaster drive (I think it was his first) that had all the penalty's. Did he go sit on the bench and pout that his teammates were screwing up? Nope, he huddled them up on the sideline and rallied them like a true leader. This kid gets it, plain and simple.

I don't know... Thinking about the situation, McCoy has done the right thing and gone the legal route to get rid of this girl. I can't see him doing this as the court date was either the very next day, or, would be soon due to the extension. Here's the things that don't add up: 1) He sent friends to the house to take out furniture, etc... -- He was smart enough to do this, when she wasn't home. She only intervened after seeing them in the house from remote security monitoring. 2) According to Shady, she has the security system disabled/removed. -- Why would she disable the security system if it previously helped her... That is, unless you don't want evidence of a set-up. 2) She's in London and gets back at 3 am. If he's not in contact with her, how'd he know what day she was coming back AND she would be back at 3 am so he could tell the guys to be there between 3 am and say 5 or 6 in the morning when the sun comes up? 3) Lawyer states she says they asked for specific jewelry that he wanted back. From the NFL.com article, "In a statement, Graham said Cordon was sleeping when a man attacked her and demanded cash and specific jewelry she had received from McCoy -- items which McCoy allegedly had requested back on several previous occasions. The attacker allegedly hit Cordon in the face with a firearm multiple times and bruised her wrists while forcibly removing bracelets." -- Who in the hell sleeps with jewelry type bracelets on? And if she just so happens to and this was a random attack, of course the robber was asking for the jewelry he could see her wearing. 4) Motive -- She's freeloading in a house with no power and is soon to be out on her ass. Do you think that someone that refuses to leave YOUR house for 5 months is not spiteful and willing to go to various lengths to ruin you for what she must feel you owe her? I mean what other reason does she have for freeloading in his house? I could be wrong--but McCoy doing this just doesn't add up.

EXACTLY why I think Beane blew the '18 draft. -Rd. 1

He received no love out of HS because he hadn't grown into his frame and was small, as well as being from a small HS. Out of JUCO he had grown a little bit, but the Fresno State coach, Tim Deruyter, was a terrible coach. Had he taken Josh, Fresno State wouldn't of had a 3-9 record in '15 and a 1-11 in '16. -
No matter what you think - Beane got exactly who he wanted

Allen was absolutely their #1 guy for Buffalo. Prior to the draft Beane told a reporter there was "someone", singular, "SOMEONE" that he would trade up for. She clarified with him, "someones? or SOMEONE" and he said, "someone." I wouldn't doubt it that the Bills were the ones who leaked the tweets to get him to fall as far as they felt they could to get him. In the post-draft interview Beane said as far as he knew no teams knew about the tweets. Sounds like he's covering his tracks. -
Here is what is going to happen in the draft

Just because the Browns signed Hyde won't prevent them from taking Barkley at 1 and having a top back for cheap on a rook contract. -
Brady recently came out saying it's up to his family too. It's sounding like he may be on his last year or two.
-
Cause they need to get someone else to be groom to be Brady's replacement. McCarron would absolutely make since for them to sign him and see if he is the real deal before drafting someone else.
-
and they know he's only a back up
-
Like I said in another thread. Go get him before the patriots do!
