  1. Breaking News: J.K. Dobbins is expected to miss the entire 2024 season after breaking his hand signing his contract.
  2. You don't get arrested or issued a summons for street racing on a public highway? If that's the case why even look for Rice?
  3. I would guess he's already in custody so they aren't searching for him.
  4. Vladdy hits a 450 foot HR on opening day. May there be many more. Go Jays!
  5. They are paying less combined for Russell Wilson and Justin Fields this year than they did for just Mitch Trubisky last year. From a roster management perspective, the moves they have made to upgrade the QB position have been borderline masterful. Personally, I don't know where this narrative started where people think Justin Fields is somehow better than Russell Wilson. Justin Fields best year in the NFL is about as good as Russell's worst (two years ago with the Broncos). The narratives in the NFL are incredibly hyperbolic. Wilson wasnt great in Denver, but his first year came with maybe the most moronic head coach of all time. His second year was much better. Aside from his running ability, I am not sure what the hype is around Fields. Long story short. The Wilson move was good. The Fields move came cheap, and essentially got them Kenny Pickett with legs. They moved on from a bad 1st round pick quickly, upgraded the position, and saved money. Very good front office work.
  6. R. Kelly at the very least had musical talent. This bozo rode the backs of talented artists.
  7. Not in the least bit surprising. When the timeline for his return came and passed and he never got back in uniform you had to figure this was the outcome.
  8. Top 2 qb in the league. Without him the Bills are nowhere. Who cares otherwise.
  9. Completely agree, especially for guys who know they are going in the top 10 or so. The combine is great for guys who come from small schools, who had limited playing time or tape. For guys who played at big schools who have shown out time and time again against top competition the combine and pro days are really just a way for the NFL to continue the yearlong news cycle. For a top ten guy like Harrison the risk of getting hurt or putting any sort of doubt into scouts minds by running a slow time really isnt worth it.
  10. Dang didnt know people disliked Jason Kelce so much. That said, as a player I think he was in decline. He tried giving the Eagles game away when they were here last season. Enjoy your family and your money while you're still young and healthy.
  11. It's exactly why the Jets never have sustained success. Always in win now mode. They aren't looking for youth. Both Douglas and Saleh know if they don't win they are goners. So they take big risks on Hall of Fame level talents in the hope it buys them another. Problem even if it does work it only buys them another year.
  12. Depends on the mood. If you want a film it's Interview with the Vampire. For a movie it's Lost Boys. 30 Days of Night and Let the Right One In are pretty good too.
  13. Not sure how this works but can they trade him prior to Sunday and still designate it a Post June 1st trade? Otherwise they can't move the guy.
  14. Loved what he brought as a backup running back. Didnt love the job he did as a returner. Hoping they have other plans there.
  15. Ive always wished I could go back in time to the moment this guys parents came up with his name.
  16. Wanted the Bills to sign him a few years back when the Bears picked him up. He can spot start and is a good special teams player. Are we really taking the opinions of Eagles' fans now?
  17. Lets not pretend these weren't full threads with multiple guys watching.
  18. He's been more productive than Gabe Davis and will cost less this season. He's a good number 2. The downfall is its a one year deal.
  19. More than fine with this. Bills doing a good job of filling holes prior to free agency.
  20. Dont hate it. 29th in terms of average salary. Get a guy back who has already been in the system and can help a rookie learn the scheme. Low risk high reward.
  21. Poyer and Tre are probably two of the gutsiest, team oriented players to ever come through here. I look back fondly on their time here for a long time to come. That said, the older I get the more I cheer for the logo on the helmet and not the name on the back of the jersey.
  22. Thought they may add a year to his deal. Good player, probably a bit overpaid.
