I know the Jets like him as a motivator, but the guy never had a top ten defense in his years as DC in Detroit. In fact he his defenses finished in the bottom half of the league in both points and yards given up every year he was there. I thought Saleh was a bad hire when they made it and got roasted here for saying so. He was a fake tough guy and that nonsense wears on people, especially when you're losing. They hired Glenn because the owner was comfortable with him. He never coached a good defense. The Jets are not going to get better unless they get a quarterback. If they are able to find on in the draft, by the time he develops Glenn will be gone.
