Yes. When we have 200 page topic on one item and I ask "why in gods name do we need another topic on this" (and people agree) and instead of replying why, you make it a personal comment against me.. Just friggen stop for Christ sakes. My question wondering why we need another topic lead you to say "Wow, life must be pretty tough" Seriously think I won't defend myself? Enough.... Get over it.

he did not stay pro active when the defense was failing. Early when he started this Journy, there were a few times he took over calling the defense. He should Have done that more often. and again.. last season I thought he should have taken over play calling. I am not the only one that feels this way.....

HE owned the Defense.. It was His Baby.. My point is... McD should of Owned this defense and made it his Baby a long time ago and to the original conversation that started all this was the remark of how the former DC was let go and how late it was. I wish you guys would really catch up to my original quotes instead of turning it.

your half way through the conversation bud. I am not talking about him putting blame on himself. I am talking about others putting the blame on him. HE did admit after his HC career that he made mistakes in Buffalo that cost him. The whole point being.. Rex took accountability on to himself BY letting go people... In my opinion.... McD should of taken over the Defense Post 13 seconds... Taking accountability is different than taking blame after the fact. I think we are on same page here, you just looped into it late.

man.. lets stick to one topic. Defense. And yes. The complete change of the defense was on Rex and he admitted so day one. Rex completely redesigned the defense day one and the scheme. that was not the DC scheme it was Rex's

Lot's of assumptions being made here... Want to know what I think? and yes this is an assumption as well. I think lots of fans wanted our HC to take more accountability for something rather than nothing. And offensive HC takes bottom line accountability for his Offense and vice versa. I think when the "brass" finally decided to make a change that McD would agree with, it was to late. I also feel as many should. If your a defensive minded HC.. and especially if your a defensive minded HC you should hold yourself more accountable for your defense.. No different than Rex Ryan did accept Rex screwed this defense up... The difference is Rex took accountability of it asap as where the Accountability lied with McD in my opinion way to late. So did everyone as a whole handle things in a respectful manner? oh yea... but If Frazier would of been "moved on" cough.. "a year break" cough... earlier.. I believe he would be with another team right now under another HC.. 1000% Just remember.. we are both making a ton of assumptions here... Neither of us know the true facts here and likely never will unless its leaked years from now.

I would say, how our DC handled it was very good. If the Bills handled it with respect, they would of let him go earlier while other teams were looking for DC's of their own. By the time he left, the teams that needed a DC were slim.
