He’s at what, day 4. Sat will be 10 days. If it was minor, I think that’s when we may see him back out there. If it was worse than we think... he may not play till 3rd preseason game or longer.

A minor Groin issue can take a week easily. Ever pulled a groin? Even a slight pull is a big problem. You no doubt pull your groin it could be a month. Id expect him back this weekend. He won’t play in the game so it’s not worth it. It’s still early, he’s got reps. Let him heal up, I wouldn’t mess with a groin issue in pre season

Bray was 19, Coleman is 19.

I’d also say it’s safe to say they weren’t satisfied with a Proehl or McCloud in the slot....

Point is... he wouldn’t be talking like that if he didn’t truly feel he was in a better spot. I think he confident in this scheme and where he’s at physically and mentally. Yeah I don’t like the talk, but sometimes when something is eating at you it’s good to put it out there, get it off your chest and move on. Contract year, he knows he has a lot to prove. Truthfully I think we will see him perform at a high level this year. He gotta stay healthy. I can see 60 receptions 1000 yds and 10 TDs.

As it stands... WRs KB Kerley Jones Holmes Reilly McCloud Phillips/Proehl/Dupre/Foster battle for 3 PS spots. If I was picking WRs KB Kerley Jones Reilly Dupre McCloud Proehl/Phillips/Foster PS Im not against Holmes, it’s just he disappears on Sundays and I find a Safety to fill his shoes on the PS. Everyone is always preaching about Holmes as a STs Guy. Oh well. Im not losing sleep if Holmes ain’t out there covering kickoffs.... The next 2 weeks we can probably narrow down the top 6.

Why don’t fans see this team being better or just as good as last year? Is it cause Tyrod was out there winning us games? For god sakes he got benched for Peterman as a Rookie. Look at his stats. I feel we are better under our new OC. Didnt the defense get better? I just don’t see the “Obviously” the Bills aren’t as good. I have high hopes for this team, I’ll wait to see a couple preseason games to make a judgment.

As return man maybe.... but hearing how they are moving KB in the slot on formations etc, I’d expect the same from Jones. If Kerley is a “lock”, they may need more guys who can split out as well. If McCloud makes it, it will be because of STs

Call me negative Nancy... but I just think we will get to the games and Holmes and Kerley disappear. They just don’t do anything for me. My 6 are... KB Jones Streater Reilly Proehl Foster/McCloud Slot- Jones/Proehl. Even hearing of KB in slot. Don’t need Kerley. Oppisite KB, Jones/Streater/Reilly

Exactly we keep meh and Kerley meh, and a team like New England swoops on Reilly or Proehl... Maybe I just not sold on Vets who understands the game but are maxed out, lost a step or just not gamers vs. Young guys with fire and have potential. Put it this way... I’d be more upset if Reilly got took by thePats vs Holmes.

I’m just asking... cause I have heard nothing about him. Zero. Holmes either. I hear or Reilly, getting reps with the 1s and making plays, Streater on day one, Foster has been steady, looking good. Nothing on Holmes and Kerley other than, reps with the 1s. Maybe they are making plays but it’s expected of those guys. But then again I hear KB is looking good.

Based on what? Vet experience?

I’d like to see more video on Reilly... I keep saying, Holmes and Kerley are NOT locks... those guys have had their chances on multiple teams to make plays. Are either one of them separating themselves from...Reilly, Foster, Proehl, Streater??? Holmes disappeared in games, so does Kerley. I’m pulling for Reilly and Foster. Proehl too!

Not disagreeing... But Kerley has been given multiple shots around the league, he better shine or I might think of going with my younger guys to get experience. Troy Niklas was released. Basically injury prone as well... but could be had cheap at this point and a camp body. Who knows, maybe he can be the #3 and push OLeary

I posted about 2 months ago that I’d love to see the Bills pick him up. Solid depth behind Lorax and can be a spot player and contribute no doubt. great pick up! The defense is gonna have to be solid this year to repeat last year. Cause the offense may struggle a bit.
