Not trying to argue... but is every person supposed to search before starting a thread? When a thread is started is the first thing you do is search to make sure? im also interested in fans opinions if Ivory. I messed up I guess.

True. I don’t see a DT getting there. Yeah Donald is a beast but he’s not Von Miller as far as getting to the QB, and Mack is the closest but he’s getting older and I truly don’t see the Raiders forking up nearly $50M per year on 2 players.

Aaron Donald and Khalil Mack are vying to be the #1 defender in the league and want paid as such. Right now its Von Miller. I think $114M... So yes both want to be the highest paid. What if Mack sign x amount say, 5 year $120M, $65M guarantee and then Donald signs a 5 year $130M $80 guarantee... then 1 will feel slighted. Thing is, to be honest I don’t think the Rams nor the Raiders want to commit to that kind of contract. Not after the Raiders just signed Carr and Rams will be looking to extend Goff next soon. I truly think Donald and Mack know they aren’t gonna get what they want, both will more than likely be on new teams next year. That being said... they should be serious about trading. Even then I don’t see teams giving away a bunch.

Didn’t Josh Gordon say a few years back that he wasn’t good around groups of people? Like not socially capable or something? Its funny how his absence was the length of the time fans were allowed at preseason practices and how players basically should interact with the fans... As one of your star WRs, how do you tell fans, “he basically wants nothing to do with you, socially anyways”. I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure a few years back he mentioned or it was mentioned it was something he had a hard time dealing with.

Mack wants Aaron Donald $$$, Aaron Donald wants Mack $$$... Either will surpass Von Miller, but both are waiting to see. Not saying that’s 100% the reason, but that is a big part of the reason.

A bad deal is if Mack just walks away at the end of the year and the Raiders get nothing.

Josh just needs to learn the patience of the game... you can’t force it. Plus playing smart, learning to slide, learning to get down and take a loss, throwing the ball away etc.

There are 3 weeks left before the first game. A lot of time and room for improvement. Josh could hit a wall or Peterman can shine. Both are going to get their time with the ones this week and the game should say a lot. I’d expect a rotation through the 3rd Qtr. 3-4 series each. Starters should play into the 3rd Qtr. Daboll needs time after that to game plan for who McD selects as a starter. Daboll uses players for their strengths, but he needs to know who those guys are....

Been saying it for the past 3 years now. Combine needs moved up to early Feb, Draft moved up to early April. College athletes need an additional month off after combine/draft to recover, relax, treat bumps and bruises prior to Rookie OTAs. These kids go basically 2 years straight from final year in college to end of Rookie season with no break.

Yes. This may be the point they let Croom and Thomas battle it out, in order to do so O’Leary takes a step back to let it happen. After this week, I’d bet O’Leary goes back to working with the 1s and 2s, while either Thomas or Croom goes to the 3s. There you will see the writing on the wall. Don’t think Lee is truly in competition here.

I wouldn’t say he’s safe for the #2 spot... but yes, it’s more or less to say to the other guys “you had a fair shot”... if they keep lighting it up, maybe OLeary does get cut.

What does Holmes do on ST's that everyone thinks he contributes so much? Yeah he's on ST's but he's not a stud. He covers kickoffs? Great... Holmes disappears on Sundays. He should be a WR first, Reilly has more potential and can get open. I would just find someone like Marlowe or Bush to fill in Holmes spot on STs. Oh but he's a red zone threat! Really? 3 TDs in the red zone makes you a threat? I bet if, if, Reilly and Holmes both make the squad, Reilly has more receptions, maybe double. Humber over Robinson? Humber is terrible too. Robinson can play multiple spots at LB, Humber can not. 4 TE's, Why? Id rather keep 7 WR's allowing McCloud to play KR/PR. At this point I might take Croom over Thomas.

It’s nothing to mess with. I’m sure Murphy felt a little tightness, knot up... any smart trainer is gonna just tell him to rest, stay off your feet, icebath etc. for at min a week. He’s at what, day 4. Sat will be 10 days. If it was minor, I think that’s when we may see him back out there. If it was worse than we think... he may not play till 3rd preseason game or longer.

A minor Groin issue can take a week easily. Ever pulled a groin? Even a slight pull is a big problem. You no doubt pull your groin it could be a month. Id expect him back this weekend. He won’t play in the game so it’s not worth it. It’s still early, he’s got reps. Let him heal up, I wouldn’t mess with a groin issue in pre season

Bray was 19, Coleman is 19.

That means nothing with who the merry go round of QBs who tried getting him the ball the last couple seasons. Daboll will find ways to maximize his talents. My Bills top 6 looks pretty decent. KB Coleman Kerley Jones Holmes Rielly

I’d also say it’s safe to say they weren’t satisfied with a Proehl or McCloud in the slot....

Probably a 5th for potential to be a 4th...
