I would rather watch Walker/Warnock commercials back to back to back to back all game than listen to Collinsworth. -

We’ll see if the Titans have anything in the tank, but Allen and Mahomes both having to rely on their legs today. Difference being the Jets have some semblance of an Offense and our Defense didn’t man up. -

They're the inverse of us right now. They have chain movers but limited big play ability. We are explosive but struggle to simply move the chains. -
This season it really is just Allen and Diggs

Big part of being an OC is counter punching when teams key in on what you like to do. Im not saying this is on Dorsey. I’m also not saying it isn’t. He’s a big part of the Offense and it’s worth exploring if this continues. -

Collinsworth is especially unbearable tonight -
This. Davis is what he is. He’s not a #2. He’s a big play deep threat. Elite #3. We have garbage production out of the slot right now. Slot has been huge in our offensive evolution with Allen and it’s a glaring weakness. Hines in the Ekeler role is an option. Giving Shakir the chance to win the spot is another. And, of course, we can sign OBJ.

Rooting for the Titans, easily. Even if we stumble and lose out on the 1 to them, I’d rather go through Nashville than Arrowhead. -

I do think that there is an obvious question to be asked of why this offense looks so out of sorts. Lots of the same pieces on offense as the team that finished the season last year on fire. Then again, this is a yearly issue around this time of year. -
He needs to figure out how to nip this mid-season nonsense in the bud. Maybe that means a different approach to player development. Cook/Shakir have shown more in their limited moments than I’ve seen from McKenzie (outside a few TD’s) … and I’m fine with a goal line package/gadget package for McKenzie.
-
He could, and should. Im saying if we’re operating in a world where he’s not a Bill.
-
Well said. Take OBJ out of the equation. Shakir should be given every opportunity to win the slot role, and let’s see what Cook/Hines give us as RB/Slot. The McKenzie experiment didn’t work. Let him go back to the gadget role.

Bills could trade up for Bijan Robinson, and take a bunch of OL in the middle rounds, but they won’t. -

Can Davis run a full WR2 route tree? Are throws as easily schemed open without the best, most durable TE of the modern era? Hardman and McKenzie are pretty similar. Diggs/Davis >>> MVS/Juju, but at least both MVS & Juju can be dependable chain movers. Bills playmakers are definitely more explosive, while KC has better personnel to move the ball methodically down the field. -

Agreed. Mahomes is obviously elite. No denying that. Im just beyond sick of analysts downplaying his weapons without Hill. I’ll take his weapons over ours 10 times out of 10 right now. -

Comments like this annoy tf out of me. (No offense) The creativity and talent around him is constantly undersold. Their WR5 made a twisting 3rd down deep catch we could only dream of Davis making. In fact, I think we have two guys who could make that catch… Diggs and Shakir, that’s it. -

Fun fact, the Chiefs are the only team grandfathered in by a pre-merger clause that allows them to play every game at home. -
Yea, it’s definitely a known issue. Players are even aware of it. Problem is, the season is about hosting the playoffs in Buffalo. If a mid-season lull is why that never happens, then McD either has to learn how to win on the road or a time will come where we need to explore other options. Im not there.. so don’t take this as a fire McD post … but this can’t just be an “aww shucks, here we go again” type of explain it away. They need to come out, beat Minny and take control of this weird trend.
