Bills Coaching Staff Changes Thread

The 49ers are going to the Super Bowl with a seventh round QB 😳 -
Franchise in trouble- Josh Allen has regressed
SoCal Deek replied to RoscoeParrish's topic in The Stadium Wall
Josh simply needs a coach that tells him to take the open option. It’s not hard! All of the other great QBS have learned to do it. Just watch Mahomes dump it down to Kelce a hundred times per game. The problem is if our coaches are the ones telling him NOT to do it. If that’s the case we have a big problem. -
Instead of trying to fix eleven player problems on defense, I’m praying they fix the ONE coordinator problem. It costs nothing against the cap and will have far greater impact.

Bills Coaching Staff Changes Thread

Super Bowl! (Kidding) -
Then walk up to the microphone and declare that you’re parting ways. Now.

We definitely need an upgrade at WR. Especially if he catch the ball over the middle. Davis is beyond horrible at it.

The Bills/Bengals game was on NFL Network yesterday. I watched just a few minutes. The Bills are driving for the score that would’ve changed the game going into halftime. Singletary is wide open on the check down over the middle for the first down that gets them into field goal range and Josh throws it over his head by five feet. Two plays later McD punts from their side of the 50 with a minute left in the half and everyone in the country knows it’s over.

I’m not into burning the house down…yet….but the fact that Frazier still has a job today is getting me much closer to it!

Bills Player Rookie Playing Time in 2022 Season
SoCal Deek replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
Excellent point! Hey Brandon, EVERY team has players on rookie contracts. It’s just that the Bills coaching staff either doesn’t trust or doesn’t develop them. -
Old Buffalo Bills Message Board
SoCal Deek replied to Floridagatorsbuffalobills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I was there and came here in hopes of finally getting some answers to my Zach Ertz questions….alas, I’m still searching, and waiting. -
I think you’re confusing Hamlin with Paul. That’s why he’s in bare feet when crossing Abbey Road. 😉

You are not alone in this observation. It was obvious from the very first series. Basham looked like he was trying to rush the passer wearing brand new penny loafers! The head scratcher was why the staff didn’t do anything about it.

They absolutely have to now. The Bills were damn lucky that Josh survived the entire season. If he gets injured…they’re toast! How does everyone think Brady is still playing at his age? It is NOT because of his diet! It’s because over the course of a season he almost never gets touched. The Bills need to draft a young O Line that’ll give Josh physical and salary protection for the next five years.
-
The obvious problem with this team is the Offensive Line. Fix that, or at least improve it, and you fix just about everything else. The Bills have utterly ignored it in the draft! They’ve chosen instead to go dumpster diving in free agency and then pray that a new Line coach will turn lemons into lemonade. It has not worked! Year, after year, after year. Period!

I’ve asked the same thing many times. I have no idea what standards exist or are in practice. I thought they handled most of this stuff with post production special effects these days. (It’s actually a scene in Spielberg’s recent movie The Fabelmans). I’ve yet to hear any Hollywood types talk about it.

Cameron Brate possible cut, should we sign him?
SoCal Deek replied to The Jokeman's topic in The Stadium Wall
Can he play Offensive Guard? Is so…. go for it! -
That’s still a very common application. Public school campuses are one of the main targets. The company provides the structure and the panels and takes a cut of the energy savings. It’s call a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). Unfortunately these type of financial deals are all based on the projection of the rate of increase in costs for electricity. They often go sour when the initial guess was overly aggressive.

Did Redtail succumb?

I'm just asking that you keep the conversation at least somewhat close to civil. Is that really too much to ask? I have zero problems with your partisan perspective. Just please keep the name calling and expletives out of it.
-
And you somehow think that should allow you to flood every discussion with an expletive laced tantrum? How, exactly? Try and at least pretend to be an adult.

Russia Was Not a Democratic Hoax

And now more ‘content’ referring to my lack of balls? Okie Dokie It’s a political chat room. Not a bar fight. -
Bingo! Until this organization realizes that the coaching staff needs to be fixed, they’re going absolutely nowhere.
