I know kicking the can down another year isn't the most popular opinion but who would be looking for a qb next year?  It seems like almost every team will have their qb after this season.  The jags, maybe zona, new orleans or the giants if eli falls. And us if we skip on qb this year.

Thats a good point. NFL looks like its about to fill out at the QB position.

The Browns absolutely should take Barkley at #1.

They'd get the best player in the draft and would have their choice of 2 out of Mayfield, Allen, Rosen and Dahnold.

They'd be best off taking Mayfield at #4 and letting someone else take the turnover machine in Darnold.

To me that means they do not believe in any of the QBs.

Id trade down at 4 too if I were the Browns.

Yea hes gone. Nice player but hes hurt an awful lot to sign the deal that hes gonna get on the open market. I really like to davis signing. The guy is a great tackler and play press if needed. He will thrive in Mcdermotts system

Well lets not forget about Vontae's injury last year.

To be honest, id rather have both on the team unless the Bills will pursue something else this offseason/draft.

The current rules on offensive PI are fine... they just need to call it! So many receivers push off, even some (most) of the star WRs around the league. They got good at it too... extending their arm about 80% right before the ball comes, but not 100%, so the zebras let it go, but it's a major advantage.

They do know how to get away with it....but let me tell you...DBs know how to grab on a break and get away with it too. So I think while the rules favor the offense. Defensive players can get away with stuff and its not that hard.

  5. I wonder just how much of it was Mike Tomlin's doing.

I have been under the impression his headset was never plugged in.

I can see him doing well in all aspects except schematics/play calling. I remember his 1st couple of years there...never said a word, not involved with the other coaches on the sideline and the booth.

Not every HC has to make up a scheme and call plays. He just needs to have the players behind him while the OC/DC do their jobs.

I called Romo being an all star in the booth back when I used to watch him play Pee-Wee football in Burlington, WI. Quit trying to steal my thunder.

Romo wasnt quite there yet. When you really saw his potential was during his highschool basketball days. He would call plays when he was on the bench as a joke with his buddies.

    Man was he special.

KC destroyed the Titans last Saturday. Then Kelce went out, they left the run game. Defense got soft.

If you ask me that’s all coaching.

Yeah. I put a lot of the woes on coaching for the chiefs this year.

But ive seen Kelce waving his hands wide open on many occasion this year. Alex does miss alot of open look.

But lets be real....Whats gonna happen when the Chiefs end up playing the pats or steelers. Titans, Bills, Jax, KC.....dont really have much hope for a ring.

The question is...will alex smith get you a ring? Answer. No.
