  5. at least its not xanax tonite mate lol I'm not stressing this game at all. Coaches will make their evals and I'll be watching to see what they think That's kind of where I'm at. m
  6. we have a unique perspective I mean who throws the ball like #17 and brings all his tangibles and untangibles he has....NOONE. Thats my take and Im sticking to it m
  7. they are making a strong case for retention.
  8. shoot. Chargers-Saints on my local feeds- no Sunday ticket preseason- muppy gets squat no Bills game on TV tonight boooooooooooooooooooo
  9. @ExiledInIllinois here is some local reaction by SDSU students you might find interesting. It reads (as has been stated in this thread) that SDSU police and SD Police both have screwed the pooch in the handling of this case https://www.cbs8.com/article/news/local/san-diego-state-students-outraged-over-alleged-off-campus-rape/509-82e21ade-c31d-4652-a91e-d6745aa5b79e
  10. to be perfectly honest 2bd has been my focus. I'll look into it though. I know some SDSU alums I could ask. I would think people are kind of like we here. Basically shocked and none too thrilled. It's a terrible story by any account Ive heard ya know? m
  11. local CBS affiliate. Yep. I hadn't seen this posted mate.
  12. pandering to emotional responses from Joe Q public, airing his case on twitter?. Its not a good look if you want to be considered credible. To me this guy seems either not very bright or not very Professional to say the least. The court of public opinion is in session. It could well backfire on her. That's sad. I want the truth and justice to be done and that isnt the way to do it imho
  13. I THINK I'm done for now hermano. I'm in the Time to wait to see what happens next camp m
  14. did you not get the memo he is the god of punting. you mess with religion you get the horns /sarcasm smh
  15. I honestly don't get it either hermano. Their thought processes on this will be predictably No Comment. I think when they knew and how they came to the decisions they did is important facts for we fanbase to know. If for nothing else as an FYI this is how it all went down an why we have acted (Or not have acted) accordingly. Fat chance. haha I think in due time we MIGHT know how all this went down. But maybe not due to it being a court legal proceeding they could seal records? m
  16. cool beans dude 🙂 good to read you
  17. I understand your point. But those masseuse women were also traumatized by a predatory individual like watson. The law can differentiate between the offenses and judge accordingly the level of offense the law decides . I don't want to be graphic up in here. All I'm saying is having some rando "creep" on a massage table would be for me Very traumatic.
  18. the defense have seconds to make snap judgments on jurors so I get it. it still just bothers me for clearly personal reasons.
  19. one sidenote to this discussion. If a person has ever been the victim of a sexual assault type charge, my experience has been that you will immediately be dismissed as a potential juror by the defense in most any criminal trial The sentiment being that a victim would always be pro law enforcement pro prosecution. That pisses me off frankly. So now I as a potential juror are also tainted as not being able to discern correctly or be objective because someone ese victimized me first. got that off my chest. smh its true though.
  20. I dont want to minimize the trauma watsons' masseuses endured and say those acts weren't disgusting too. Being able to PROVE something beyond a reasonable doubt is a much higher standard of proof than a preponderance of the evidence in a civil case. In this case case a lawsuit has been filed. But my understanding is no formal charges...yet. I would hope the Bills fanbase wouldn't be swayed by only what information is available today. I just hope the truth in full eventually comes out and he is exonerated. The charge could not be more horrific. blech m
  21. To the bolded My perception was that araiza never felt comfortable with that. But the moniker has stuck around anyway.
  22. greetings. Regarding judging someone before they are convicted in a court of law here is my take. A civil lawsuit will be heard and he may be found innocent or guilty. But the taint of an allegation like this will be stink that won[t easily wash off either way. I think they only thing that would be worse than being sexually assaulted is being wrongfully accused of a sexual assault. Think about it. watson settled lawsuits based on how many womens testimony? Heck yes I'd boo him. A guy like araiza? IMO not yet. that's just me though.
  23. so in other words the fix is in...lol naw. I do think that the bills braintrust/ investigators have facts they think exonerate him.
  24. The Bills knowing about this and still cut Haack Wow. It surprises me. That was a gamble they took in araizas favor.. The plot thickens.
  25. WHOA. Wow to the first line. I hope so to the second. 87 page thread in less than 24 hours. I am so behind.
