Lol, I mean yeah it would have to. Out of last 3 divisions 2 teams likely would come from 2 of them leaving 1 from the 3rd
-
That's a little bit bold, I see 2 for sure

Went with KC. Others have definitely improved a lot but may not be quite enough. I for sure think they beat the ***** outta each other and they all might split 1-1 with no team being swept.

Training Camp practice 7/30 - The pads come on
Patrick Duffy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well it wasn't a secret to my knowledge anyways, If my memory serves me right I recall it was mentioned a few times a little while back in a couple interviews it was said...."We want to run the ball more or needing more from the run game and Josh running less". Something along those lines..... I feel positive it was said on more than one occasion, that along with Kromer to help with Oline in general is where I kinda got my clue personally. -
TE3 more important than ever. Room for a TE4?
Patrick Duffy replied to benderbender's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah I agree. That's the thing though, I feel like it would just take anything around average type performance to push Sweeney out. -

I get it, but I do expect more than what we had in Sweeney. -

Well, it's no secret or anything they want to run the ball a bit more. I'm not sure how much better Howard is than Sweeney blocking? And if Howard shows much of the same throughout TC and can't get it going, is just being a bit better blocker enough to win TE2 over Sweeney? -
Yeah, I mean I get where you're coming from and all that. I mean just one of those general "what if" scenarios if Bills had ended up against Bengals
-
Impossible to know how it would have turned out. That said, I could never say that Tre would not have made a difference considering he's is too good of a player. Maybe would never had come down to 13 seconds if he had played. But for sake of discussion, if he played and it came down to same ending with 13 seconds, does the coaches play calls on defense change or stay the same regardless? I'm not so sure they do anything different and would have sent same type of defense with Tre...that's something I would wonder sometimes..

I'm with you on this.....Obviously can never know what can/will happen..... But I am also in the group that feels very confident Bills defeat Bengals if in OP. I will even go a bit further and say I also think they would have won in Cincy... probably a bit tougher, but still
-
Yeah it would be a big one. And would come at a really good time getting on the field down last stretch into post season. But even coming from A. Reed, as some others have said "believe it when I see it" Yup agree....and I get that since it's coming from A.Reed it may hold more water, but still going to take with grain of salt myself

It's certainly possible the way that division is stacked.. I definitely agree it will be a dog fight and which ever those teams are I bet each of them will be limping into the post season. Which is a good thing

Hope he can step it up enough to get it done because I was hoping to move on from Sweeney. Yeah I know, but is that enough to get it done? I'm not sure it is. Hope he can get it going a bit more sooner than later -

Howard still having a tough time it seems. Although I never had much expectations inthe first place, however didn't think it would take a whole lot to beat out Sweeney. Looking like he may have a difficult time with that unfortunately.... -

New to me as well.... Kinda seems like it's more of a personal type situation than physical/injury type. Either way, hoping for the best for him -
Not one of my favorite players, but maybe he's a bit more "matured" than he was few years ago with Giants.... I don't know, but if this does get done and the WR's remain healthy for the most part til last stretch of games going into playoffs it would be turning an already scary Bills offense to defend into down right terrifying.

Believe muscle just has more density. Weight is the same...although have always heard lot of ppl say muscle weighs more, but it's the density and not the weight.
-
Agreed....don't get why some are automatically assuming he will be slower? As an example, looking at a WR like DK Metcalf and how big he is, he's not slow

What season as a fan do you wish 2022 avenges for you?
Patrick Duffy replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I'm participating in this, for me the obvious choice can only be last season. There's no other choice really. I mean for example, you said 2012 season. Why would any of those seasons that always ended at or below .500 range? What's to avenge? lol -
Lol, well it can't be a good thing if it's the Nathan's/Chestnut as a WR
-
Not if some of that muscle mass went to the legs also....I think it's muscle weight and not fat weight from wings etc lol
-
Not necessarily... I would think it depends what part of the body is getting most of the muscle mass. My educated guess is if all the leg muscles get enough attention then I think speed could definitely improve.
