  1. Same. Just go through the games and select the team winner that makes sense and youll see how hard it actually is to get in at 10-7. Its like a coin flip and that to me is not good odds. Especially when that coin flip is weighted towards teams losing games they shouldn't.
  2. Good I hate this rule. At least give the ball back to the offense even if its at the original line of scrimmage. Thats far better than awarding an undeserved touchback. Personally I think the ball should just go to where the fumble occurred. Why not?
  3. Its amazing how there are still people that think 10-7 is a sure in but can't post a reasonable scenario or even argue against the scenario I posted. It's like they don't even look at a simulator at all and just trust some 53% vegas like odds or past history of 10 win teams making it. This is not those years. Those years didn't have a 6 way tie for spots plus a team 1 game ahead and a team 1 game behind this late in the season.
  4. You answered your own question. This is why we care about the Jags. If they win the division the head to head against them doesn't matter as far as wc goes.
  5. What happened with Poyer now?
  6. Possibly back for the playoffs but probably his last year. Father Time is catching him. His neck injury last year was no joke and two stingers this year ain’t good. Also didn’t seem as impactful this year so probably lost a step. this D is getting retooled next year. Sucks for the guys leaving but that’s the business.
  7. kinda changes every week because all these teams are staying even and no one is running away. I dunno about pitts and indi but I think we want the jags winning their division. We don’t want to compete with them for a wc if we don’t win ours. Ravens are pretty much a lock anyhow. I’ll look at it when I get home.
  8. it’s not just the cold. It’s supposed to be heavy rain and 20-30 mph winds.
  9. More Von and Kingsley probably
  10. It's hard to gauge. They have a lot of talent on that team and they are playing very well. On the other hand, they could just be Miami of the NFC. Talent for sure but paper tigers. Anyway you look at it, it's a tough game IMO.
  11. Yeah true. We can beat them for sure. Just weird that they have had our number both times in London.
  12. I didn't actually watch this game just checked the score once in a while and made a couple comments in the thread. I don't know if this was posted before or not but...
  13. Just so close this year it can go a million ways. My choices were covered above. I'll pick two teams I don't want to face in the Playoffs. Bengals and Jags. They just seem to matchup poorly with those two teams and those teams seem to have our number. This was based on if we lost the division and had to fight for a wildcard. Obviously Miami opened that back up by losing to the Titans and gives us a better chance to win it.
  14. Exactly. If he actually is putting it back away just because the result on the play, thats horseshit and how many more times does this happen in every game every week. Need all-22 for just the refs soon.
  15. I said this before but... When you are a guy that is in charge of that many people for that many years, there are going to be conflicting personalities. There will be people that like you and people that don't. It's just human.
  16. well that takes bulletin board material to a whole new level.
  17. Well at least Dolphin fans can hang onto their 70 point game after they don't win the division and get bounced from the playoffs.
  18. I just hope he keeps getting healthier. We need this guy.
  19. Man I know Herbert aint playing but holy crap that team is bad. This is the type of thing that makes me re-think how I feel about McDermott.
  20. Last I head is upper 40's rainy and windy
  21. Thats actually possible. Thats what Davis does... he has a big game here and there and then disappears. I head on some video, don't remember which that Dallas likes to run a lot of Cover 1 and that Diggs isn't so good against cover 1 but Davis is really good against it. I dunno if any of that is true or not but I remember hearing it.
  22. Yep. Me too. I been saying it since the Denver game. People still want to fight it as if by some magic these teams are all going to remove each other.
