    They said that a flag should be thrown readily in the pre season so they can review all of the calls and fine tune it during the regular season. I guarantee it will still be a mess come week 18.

    The receiver didn't have a knee or any part of his body down when the hit was delivered. Sure he was in the grasp, but you see offensive player roll over a defensive player and not touch the ground from time to time.
