He said they talk regularly with Josh, and he let Josh know a Diggs trade wasn’t 100% off the table.

Beane took the classy high road and had prepared answers, but MAN the way he carefully worded some of his responses were telling.

Beane, as always, great job not actually answering any questions. How carefully he answered some were very telling though, IMO.

The old guilty till proven innocent! The baby thing sounds false (the sketchy website that reported it also later said it was false). The breakup story may be true, lots locally have made claims, but so many are wanna-be attention garden-hoes now. This is the first I’ve ever heard of the ‘party before home games’ claim. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Correct, it’s been done before with high profile QB trades that we’ve seen in the past. The team acquiring the player will literally agree to pay some of the dead cap.

Bills eat THAT much dead cap is validation to the issues behind the scenes rumors.

Teams can do whatever they want, we’ve seen teams include cash in trades before.

I still stand by his tweets being severely over re-acted to. If he talks poo on the way out, then eff him. Seeing the compensation, I wonder if Houston ate the contract or if we are going to pay him 22 million to play elsewhere. Without knowing the details (both of the deal and what was going on behind the scenes), I don’t love this.

The ‘constant bs’ are just tweets. Usually cryptic. Seems excessive to me.

Not sure the cause of death, but I see so many guys saying/feeling like no one cares about how they’re doing. I’ve been guilty of this as well. I just want to say this isn’t true, there are people out there who care, even if you don’t realize it. Men’s mental health needs to be more openly talked about and the stigmas need to go away, but it starts with us. We need to be the change we want to see. Check in with your dads, check in bros, and check in with your dudes. Fight the stigma that no one cares. Fight the stigma that depression looks sad and lonely, check in with your golden retriever friends/family too.
