Agreed. We were 10th in point per game which is more than many of the playoff teams in 2016. Our problems cannot be solved just by THROWING THE GODDAMN BALL MORE as a few of you seem to think. We need a sound, zone defense to succeed IMO.
Common sense I think says Hodges but I think I heard on his press conference that McDermott had Humber playing with the starters and Hodges with the back-ups. I like Humber, would not be surprised if he won that job.... What do y'all think?
I agree. Brown seemed a lot better with Schwartz because the D-Line was so productive it freed him to make open plays. Last year, when he had to shed more blocks in Ryan's defense, it definitely showed a weakness. He also seems to find himself in the wrong spot more often than not. I bet Ragland gets the Mike job, he looked dynamite in Training Camp last year before the injury hopefully he still does (I live in Rochester).
Growing up in WNY, it'd be hard to go without the NY pizza, beer, and wings. I do like authentic foods, but if it comes down to being cultured in taste or NY pizza, I choose NY pizza all the way.
Last night (Tuesday 6/7) I listened to Bills Polian's bit on the Bills offseason in the car on Sirius XM radio and contrary to a lot of what I read here, it made me feel good to be a Bills fan. It was very hopeful and sincere. I couldn't find the entire transcript but a few quotes from it are linked below are were really complimentary to McDermott.

Good post Jersey.
I agree he is undervalued.
He will thrive in this new scheme IMO. He plays hard and injuries are not a mega concern. He has obvious potential to claim the yds from scrimmage title this year.
Great post blacklabel.
Nice to have this info. complied into one place.
I think his zone blocking scheme will be good for McCoy and the run game but I am not convinced on TT playing from under center more.... He seems to struggle to see the middle of the field and playing under center will not help this problem.
