This thread actually made me recall the McCarron controversy that summer in 18'. I read this and I tried to remember if Josh was projected to start right away. The McCarron trade at the time from the Bills didn't make a lot of sense to me. You know he seemed like an ideal bridge QB until Josh was ready. Funny how things in general that seem like a big deal at the time are forgotten about 4 years later!

Im perhaps not the best judge of this but I never understood why at the very least #17 got some consideration to be a retired number.

I tried initially but the work/school load crushed me. As I said immaturity was involved as I’d have probably been better off at community college or working a year or two first. Is what it is. I can’t change the past. But hey I thought maybe it might be more common than I thought

Commuted to Rutgers locally. I have never particularly had school pride and still don't. The year I finished was the year they made their first bowl game in football. They were always pretty bad. But even now I still never got into them. I'm gonna guess the answer is probably no but I'll ask the question anyway. For me I did not. A combination of commuting to college, large University, immaturity, social anxiety, and course load. But maybe I'll be surprised what stories people come up with here.

Idk about NY State but this thread to me demonstrates the lack of group homes/support services for people like this. Someone disabled or what not but not old enough for senior care. There I say it if I lived in NY State I’d rather my tax money go to group homes versus an 850 million dollar stadium

Answering the original question, I guess the LGBTQ community sees that more as the political party that will advance and fight for gay rights. I'm guessing the quiz was put together around 2016-2019 ish. You get the years played and position of the player on the side. I only got 17/50. I'll admit some of the names I wasn't familiar with of players before my time. If I had more time I might have gotten more. I kept spelling #51's last name wrong. I thought this was another interesting one, name all starting QB's of a game since 1999. I know I know unpleasant memories there. Uggh yeah I guess hope is a part of it. It's funny though you know Buffalo hockey I was never I fan of it but I found myself following it a little more than normal this year. A combination of not much else going on and I feel I na weird way it's sort of it in my genes to root for a Buffalo team trying to break out of a playoff drought. I still recall vividly that Bills game the year of the Stevie drop. 0-8, then won the next two and were showing signs of life. I looked forward to that game all week and I still don't forget how disappointed I was that day!

I seem to get more and more disinterested but Buck being the manager now did grab my eyeballs. Since you have a son interested in baseball, do you know how popular it is with todays youth? I kinda recall even when I graduated high school 20 years ago Lacrosse was becoming the more popular sport.

So I checked in my profile yesterday and saw join date of 3/3/2017. Right after BBMB disappeared I found this site. I wasn’t in their long, just a few months before it went down. Wanted a place to vent after Rex’s last game. So we might have found the playoff drought curse wasn’t Doug Flutie or Billy Buffalo but BBMB. Lol Its been fun. Cheers
