  5. What do think Im doing...A War of the Worlds routine
  6. Carted off with apperent leg injury. That field house must be bad luck Peerless got hurt there to, they should have the rookies warm up thoroughly and tell them not to go full out.
  7. They said they will know more about the injury tomorrow It was a strange play...he caught a ball and no one was around him. Then his leg just gave out. He didnt even try to walk off the field. They put him right in the cart. This happened in the stadium not the field house. Paul Hamilton said Nate Clements looked spectacular today. Made about three unbelevable plays. JP looked so so. Mularkey liked his decision making but his arm looked rusty. Mularkey said Henry will be disciplined...lets leave it at that.
  8. About golf and poker being a sport ? The Olympic Poker Movement ... Poker is absent from the Olympic games. And Poker in Athens ... with the goal of getting poker sanctioned by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), http://www.pokersavvy.com/article/olympics.html 2008 Olympic golf debate still ongoing http://www.golftoday.co.uk/news/yeartodate...04/olympic.html
  9. Whens the last time we had an all pro coach. Well McNally fits that profile. I also think Wade Philips was another one that we had. When he was the DC under Levy. And the only other one that I can think of is Ted Marchibroda. And I almost forgot...Tom Catlin.
  10. I'll bet he can't wait to chisel his next masterpiece. Over 15 teams have sent Scouts to check out Geir in action this past season with most coming away pretty impressed. Game Analysis: punishing run blocker… shows good strength… technique is not that great though… tends to use brute strength and quickness at the I-AA level but will have to become better in form to take his game to the next level… has a good stance… gets off the ball quick… does a good job of driving his feet… seems to pancake his opponent just about every play… finishes his blocks off… very smart… just needs to be worked with by a position specific trainer on technique… http://testhealthclub.com/pages/club/news_gudmundsen.html
  11. Yaawwnnn ! I jost woke up from a nap. That healthy meal made me sleepy. Have a great weekend guys and gals.
  12. I might be there...if I don't forget. I'll have two texas with everything.
  13. Say you transition Nate. Then you match the offer that another team gave him. Could you then trade him to that team ?
  14. I know...more Henry stuff. It just won't go away. I can't wait till he speaks. Whoops...I messed up....he cant be cut. He will be a freeagent.
  15. I think you have it backwards.
  16. Instead of building an offense to help out the Quarterback. Were using the Quarterback to help build the offense
  17. No one wants Henry....If he were a free agent they would be falling over each other to see if they could sign him first. There egos can't get past the draft pick thing.
  18. I think Mcgahee has been worshiped just as much. Soon as he was healed. Starting with the goal line TDs in the Browns scrimmage.
  19. I went to the Bills site looking for a video when they re-introduced JP on draft day. I searched their site...All I could find was audio. Anyone have a link to the video section...thanks !!!
  20. One guy can't ruin the apple cart against 52 men that want to win. The players won't allow it....And Im sure TH still likes the majority of the players on this team. His grudge is with management. One year as a backup is not the end of the world.
  21. One time on fan tv...they had the guy that runs Pro football talk on. He was the most arrogant SOB I ever heard.
  22. Donahoe has no leverage. But that didn't stop Donahoe from talking tough about the trade that never was, and likely never will be -- at least not on Tom's terms. "We weren't presented with very much, to be honest with you," Donahoe said after the draft. "We have to hear something that makes sense, other than somebody offering a player we don't want or somebody offering a late-round pick, which we're not going to do." Donahoe was at it again on Monday: "If not being offered anything is being greedy, then we were greedy," he said. "We were willing to discuss anything but somebody has to offer you something so that you can have a conversation." Said one league insider in response, "Can't this smug !@#$ shut up?" The source described Donahoe as an "egomaniac [who] will never learn his lesson about being disrespectful towards other people [and] decision-makers in the NFL." Perhaps Donahoe is still stinging from past draft-day trades, which included giving up a 2003 first-rounder in 2002 for Drew Bledsoe, and then giving up a 2005 first-rounder in 2004 for the guy who will replace Bledsoe after three mediocre seasons. But even in connection with the Bledsoe trade Donahoe talked tough, saying initially that he'd never give up a first-round pick for Bledsoe and then boasting that he would have given up two first-rounders for the former New England quarterback, whom Donahoe said he decided to acquire after seeing him throw against the wind in pregame warm ups (perhaps Donahoe should have withheld judgment until after watching tape of Bledsoe throwing against the wind -- and at the same time against coverage and a pass rush). The deeper problem seems to be that other league insiders don't appreciate Donahoe's public statements regarding trades and trade offers. Yeah, it's a competitive business, but there's a certain code of conduct when it comes to talking publicly, expressly or implicitly, regarding other front offices. At the core, its a matter of respect. Donahoe doesn't give it in situations like this, so as a result he rarely gets it from some of the most respected figures in the league. http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm
  23. On draft day they said Everett challenged Kellen Winslow in a race. And beat him. Though he still isn't the quite the athlete that KL is.
  24. Andy Reid said there is still a chance they trade for Henry.
  25. I think most of them will be undrafted. Im sure he will sign one as a free agent.
