  1. I had a feeling the bills were gonna go conservative against new England and that's exactly what they did. I really hope some of it was just not wanting to show their hand too much before the playoffs. We'll see
  2. Oliver shoulda fell on the ground. Might have gotten a flag on Brady. Doubt it though
  3. I'm sure the players will move on quickly, but Allen looked like he was post tears in his press conference. This game meant alot to the players even if it means nothing in the long run. My hope is that they learn alot from it and expect more from themselves when it come playoff time
  4. What's everyone watching? Gonna go back and forth between pitt/jets and browns/ravens
  5. I was actually gonna title this thread "mckenzie and foster = total non factors" but I was surprised to see mckenzie has over 200 yards recieving. I can only guess some of his yardage has come on jet sweeps (considered forward passes)
  6. You are correct, Duke is 6'3 and knox is 6'4. Still, the argument for a taller reciever is good one
  7. I don't completely agree here. The pass to knox in the endzone that went off his hands I absolutely believe a taller reciever like Duke could've made. I'd even argue that final throw on 4th down couldve possibly been made by a bigger reciever.
  8. It's kinda interesting that this game ended almost the exact same way the Ravens game ended, but it doesn't seem the bills offense really learned anything from it. 1 timeout left on 4th down and they didn't use it. Patriots bring pressure and Allen's just heaves it up
  9. I know he's a special teamer, but even in that category he seems nowhere to be found. Foster has 3 catches this year for 64 yards. In 2 games Duke williams has 6 catches for 58 yards. This isn't another Duke williams thread, it's a find another freaking reciever thread. Whether it's Duke williams or someone else, the bills desperately need another passing threat. Beasley and brown are solid, but past that the bills are almost hopeless.
  10. I was 99% certain on that punt they were gonna fake it. Dang
  11. If that happens, I don't think there's anyway you can make him in active in the playoffs. Foster and mckenzie are total non factors
  12. No idea who this person is, but this tweet makes me feel a little better
  13. 4th down, 1 min left, and one time out. Why not take the final timeout there?
  14. Because Brian daboll is extremely frustrating at times
  15. I was really nervous the offense was gonna play conservative today and that's what they did most of the time. Lots of run run pass in the first half. Tried getting a little more creative at the end of the 1st half and into the 2nd, but the lack of reliable recievers is very obvious. We have 2 good recievers and that's it. Knox has moments, but we need a large reciever (cough, Duke williams, cough). I fear this team is gonna struggle in the post season. The defense can't do EVERYTHING
  16. This one stings no doubt, but let's see what happens from here on out. Also we need a bigger reciever desperately. That pass to knox in the endzone that was a little high, would've absolutely been caught by a taller reciever
  17. Everyone have fun. As I have the past few weeks, I'll avoid the game day threads, as the bills play better when i do(my superstitious ritual) . Talk to you when we're 11-4
  18. Not sure why this video got embedded in my reply (I think I copy and pasted by accident). Anyway yahoo sports app will have today's game for anyone who did lnt know
  19. Bucs still hungover from last night apparently
  20. I know it won't happen but I'd love to see a 42-10 bills win with pats fans just boo-ing all game long
  21. On one of their blocked punts a few weeks ago (can't remember which team) they showed the replay from behind the punter. The guy who blocked the punt for the pats was hiding behind one of the linemen and when the ball was snapped he ran right up the middle totally unblocked. It was actually pretty genius. Even on the replay you couldn't see the Pats player until he was coming directly at the punter. I think their special teams play is simply desperation to help them win games
  22. If he's not active tommorow, I'm willing to bet he is next week
  23. The Dolphins got hammered by the giants last week, I can't see any scenario (even Brady getting hurt) where the Dolphins win
  24. I agree with the op, however if this team wants to make a statement in the playoffs, the offense has to be better. I don't know what they can do at this point to make the offense better, but it has to take a step if they wanna win a playoff game Imo
