Sunday Night Football: Eagles at Cowboys 8:20 ET
Doc Brown replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't know if I've ever seen a quarterback regress as quickly as Wentz has after four consecutive seasons of above average play after his rookie year. It's like when Knoblauch all of a sudden couldn't throw from 2nd to 1st base. -

The MNF games you live with as they can't be flexed but having these two teams play on SNF is ridiculous. -

Maybe because of Covid as they can only flex two games between week 5 and 10. They already moved one and maybe want to save a possible spot for another. Or......they thought this was a captivating division leading matchup. -

Jets are about the only team and even they went 3-1 against them last year. -

Jerry Jones is the king of hiring coaches that peaked 10 years ago. Mike Nolan? Seriously? -

Star for opting out. Of the active players, Taron Johnson's just been awful. So much promise as a rookie -

What week can they start flexing SNF games? -
There's a lot of pessimism after these two division wins following two discouraging losses. However, we're 6-2, 4-0 in the division, and have a clear path to host our first playoff home game since the Clinton administration. What are your predictions for the rest of the season? Here's mine. Seattle - L - Offense will get back on track with a more favorable matchup without a monsoon. Wilson is too much for this defense and we lose in a shootout Seahawks 41, Bills 31. @Cardinals - W - Give me this offense against a suspect defense in a dome every time. I see a similar game to the one we played in Vegas. Bills 38, Cardinals 27. Bye - We fricken need the bye as we'll be banged up the next couple of games. Chargers - W - This is the game where we deliver an unexpected blowout. We match up well against this team and we give the rookie QB fits. Bills 34, Chargers 13. @49ers - L - Not a good matchup for our defense with the 49er's dominating rushing scheme. This one could get ugly 49ers 43, Bills 18. Steelers - L - A much better effort but their defense does just enough to limit the Bills offense to under three TD's. Steelers 28, Bills 20. @Broncos - W - will be hearing we're a paper tiger by the national media all week. Bills come out hungry and win. Bills 27, Broncos 17 @Patriots - W - Our first prime time win of the year against a Patriots team that may be sellers at the deadline coming up. Bills 24, Patriots 21 Dolphins - W - Josh Allen puts up 400 plus yards again and we secure the #3 seed in the playoffs with a revenge home game against the covid Titans in the playoffs. Bills, 42, Fins 24 We finish 11-5 and host the Titans as the Colts take that division.

Moss and Singletary stepped up too. Decent play calling by Daboll. Should've been 28 points in the wind against a Belichick coached defense. -

The years of cheating, losing draft picks, and drafting poorly have finally caught up to the Pats. Brady can't bail them out anymore. Let's take control of this division. Play smart and hungry. We've got this. -
I think the Fins to cover considering they're in Miami coming off a bye and we only won there by three. I like the other three picks though. How much has the over/under changed with the Raiders and Browns once the weather forecast came out?

True but basic common sense should tell you how the hell can they trace all those cases to Trump rallies? -

England to enter second month long lockdown. Good god I hope this doesn't happen here. https://www.politico.eu/article/england-to-enter-month-long-second-coronavirus-lockdown/ -
No. It's still rain with gusts near 40 mph. Sustained winds of about 20 mph.

True. Most states were within the margin of error. The problem wasn't so much the polls but the interpretation of the polls. Again, the major difference this year is Biden getting 49% or above in the polling average because there are less undecideds. Wisconsin is pry the best example of nearly all the undecideds going to Trump. There were the most undecideds in Wisconsin as the rcp average was 46.8% for Clinton and 40.3% for Trump. Trump won 47.2% to 46.7%. Hillary was a weak candidate but people tend to underestimate how bad that Comey letter was for the large amount of undecideds. Pollsters are done if Trump wins these states down four to six points in the averages this time.

Diggs. Consistently sees a lot of targets. Especially if Gilmore is out. I try to avoid starting rookie WR’s though.

Lee Smith activated for Sunday

If they built a new state of the art dome they could easily set the ticket prices near the top of the league and not have a problem selling out as long as the team is decent. Uncertain weather is a major deterrent when trying to sell tickets in a climate like Buffalo’s. You didn’t have 60 inch led tv’s in the 90’s. “If you build it they will come.” -

OFFICIAL: LB Darron Lee signed to Bills PS
Doc Brown replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He was drafted in the NFL by Packers - flamed out, stocked shelves at minimum wage, played Arena Football, signed with Rams behind Trent Green before leading team to two SB's after Green was hurt (plus two NFL MVP's), Bulger took his job, signed with Giants - was okay, signed with Cardinals - led them to Super Bowl, retired, lowered himself to Dancing With the Stars, worked as NFL analyst (still does), and made both pro football hof and arena football hof. Typical career path.
