  1. he does have 450 yards of offense but three turnovers
  2. See if Jackson gets roasted at after this game like Josh would be
  3. so 28k to Cody is essentially like 100 bucks for us
  4. exactly the rush was on him before he could even do anything was maddening
  5. that was eye popping I like Lawson and this makes me like him even more. Did not realize how few snaps he had. he sure made the most of them.
  6. The next play was even worse with I think only three guys rushing and again Dawkins let's the guy just run right in on Josh free and untouched. The line was average all game and then this series of events when your in range to tie the game I'm sure set many fans a fire. Sad that Josh took a lot of heat on these plays when the pressure was instant.
  7. if it came across as deep middle it was to be in the 10-20 yard range as it was open in OT and for a lot of the game. I get he deep middle form your original post but i'm referring to the mid middle i'm referring to the 10-20 yard range not the deep middle
  8. I haven’t looked at the data but this would make sense as it was not attacked all year. Didn’t know if it was coordinate thing or QB thing as it’s been open a lot and it is where most TE’s live hopefully it becomes an area to attack as that is exactly the area attacked by the Ravens
  9. Irregardless of the lateral play he got the team in position to tie the game with no timeouts. Then in OT took the team down the field a lack of execution by the pulling center and Tr to block Kirkpatrick and then a horrible block penalty in first is what kept him from and the Bills from winning this game. little over zealous on the Allen hate. i love Allens passion to win and thought he did ok. Players need to step up for the guy and also make some plays, oh and some plays to attack the middle of the field that was wide open in OT would of been nice
  10. Chiefs roll....their defense has improved a lot
  11. First sentence says at the end of the game shou added end of regulation as there was two throws to the end zone that had no chance but the target goess to Williams nowhere did it reference the end of the “half” td attempt
  12. I was in response to the dance with who brung you. People are looking at the ten targets thing and saying how Duke got more targets. There is even more underlying reasons why Beasley targets were down as well as McKenzie was seeing way more field at the end in place of Beasley. I'm not saying I disagree with go with who got you there but just pointing out some of the numbers for Duke are a higher due to the two passes at the end of the game that didn't even have a prayer of being completed seemed like just heaves for no reason. I was frustrated at the end of the game and thru the whole game wondering where the Beasley targets and Knox in the seem were all game. Just trying to point some light on the number of targets
  13. It does happen but it is so ingrained in these guys heads from an early stage in foot ball to seal the edge (this includes having the backers blocked as well on pulls before moving to the higher levels equates to me on the defense side as keeping your Gap responsibility and not abandoning it. I really hate to see fundamentals cost teams but in this game so many times it was just the small fundamental thing that did. murphy vs Watson on the first TD leaves his contain to go to the RB and Watson has a free run that he ends up taking all the way for the TD This play on offense seal the edge, can hear the coaches at practice hopefully saying what he say and that is a block 7 yards down field does no good if a guy is not blocked at the los the line vs a three man rush inexcusably lets a guy just run free to of all things the offensive lineman's inside position as the inside guy leaves his spot to go help tow guys that are blocking one on a critical fourth down play ughhh. Sometimes I just don't understand how the building blocks as in these are the A's of the abc's just go right out the window. This game really tests a players mentality every play it has to be there and unfortunately at some untimely times in the game it was not. Sorry I really rambled there
  14. The two no chance in happening passes at the end of the game before they kicked the FG to tie went as attempts to Duke. Sometimes you have to actually look at the game vs just look at the stat sheet and so oh wow look at all those targets. But that is what happens when you just look at box scores
  15. If he was there I would be fine with this selection and would anticipate the Bills targeting the War they like and moving up in second to get them if a suitor of the trade could be found
  16. specifically mention lesean saying he's a young raw QB and we need to help him out as well by making plays for him. Brought up if John Brown makes that catch inside the 5, Williams catch he didn't come down with in the end zone Was actually a good listen Both Watson and Allen made plays for themselves but houstons players made more plays for watson than the players made for Josh
  17. if you want more i'm sure there is more if you referring to PFF metrics I would like to see these because this was a bad habit all year for Murphy. I would argue with the pass rush as most of the younger QB's today are stressing outside gap containment (ie Watson Mahomes Jackson) all will gladly stress your D by escaping the pocket and make secondary be put in no mans land with giving up the chunk yardage to run if you stay back or hit the open receiver as the coverage comes up to contain the rushing QB
  18. you can see him mouth the eff word knowing he made a mistake...drives me nuts as a defensive line coach for HS watching NFL guys do the exact thing we coach so hard for them not to and it starts even in the younger leagues outside contain....he new he lost the contain and was pissed
  19. you know Murphy failed in i his gap responsibilities to set the edge and keep contain on the Watson outside runs? the first TD was all on Murphy abandoning his positioning and not picking up the ball correctly. I would much rather have Shaq(who was injured and should not of played Sunday but he did) than Murphy he was strong with his gap responsibility and got decent pressure (which is just as important as sacks). He is younger and a better option than Murphy
  20. You realize McKenzie fell down on the route this the ball short and the DB didn’t and it looks like he had the best position
  21. Haha the amount of people replying to this topic as if the oP is asking if the Bills should draft him is hilarious ?
  22. Brown is a zone guy beater. The bills lack a man vs man beater that wins 50/50 balls this may be the narrative that people saying the bills need a true number one Wr id like to see them sign Green to an incentive contract and the draft Higgins who’s frame can allow some NFL muscle in it and fit right into a Green mold. He can fight for those 50/50 balls and get them
  23. He was managing for the fg..... followed this up by running gore to the left hash so the kick came from that side as haushka had issues kicking from the right hash
