  1. No Josh has not peaked yet and there is room for improvement. The turnovers must come down. Josh MUST realize the advantages of checkdowns in certain situations. The OL absolutely MUST play better and keep him in that pocket. This will reduce the hero ball and increase good decisions. And finally it will be up to Dorsey to put Josh in good situations.
  2. Yeah Muppy & Augie are right. The ability to enter the playoffs healthy and stay healthy throughout the playoff run is tantamount to winning it all. Probably more so than coaching arguments. We had Von, Hyde, Poyer and Josh either out or playing hurt.
  3. Yes, especially since the entire league now knows to just double him like they did last year. Unless Kincaid or another wr rises up, it will be the same this year. Not having a semi competent WR2 really does hurt.
  4. Last year every prognosticator predicted the Bills as Champs. The year before we blew an even better opportunity with 13 sec. I've heard many predict the Bills pull back some this season. And frankly that's fine with me. Clean up the Diggs drama and avoid catastrophic events and this team may very well stay under the radar and win it's first championship.
  5. So in other words as long as McDermott has Josh as his qb, he'll never get fired. The job requirement is win in the regular season and maybe an occasional playoff game and your safe for life. Or at least as long as 17 is there.
  6. Voltz, is this some strange form of subliminal sabotage?
  7. That's kinda how sports works. If fans were just content to win 51% of their games every year, life would be pretty boring. It always has and always will be about the "Chip". But alas we live in a world now where it's all about participation trophies and "just entertain me".
  8. If you do your homework and look back at the history of all sports you will find hundreds of coaches who have won during the regular season. But always come up short winning a championship. Every one eventually gets fired. I guess it boils down to how much patience you have as a fan or team owner? Sean has come up short in 4 playoffs. What's the number till 80% of the fanbase demands a change? 5, 6 years....7 years...?.....and if some of you think I'm waiting 21 years for an Andy Reid epiphany from Sean, your dreaming. I'll be long dead.
  9. Like I've said a million times. Because McD got us out of the drought, all most fans expect from him is winning the "regular season" title and entertainment. The playoffs or any aspirations for a championship are completely unnecessary.
  10. Augie, is that you?
  11. Our WR scouts need to figure it out.
  12. Yes, I absolutely think he is a detriment. Josh single-handedly will guarantee us 10-12 wins every year. Not McDermott and his mediocre game day decisions. But come playoff time with high leverage teams and opposing HC's, Clappy melts. Games like blowing a 16-0 lead in Houston or 13 seconds only validates that argument. I'm telling ya he'll always guarantee you that "stability" and I think Terry is in love with that concept. But climbing the top of Mt. Lombardi is not something Sean will be capable of.
  13. Reid only won because of Mahomes. Belichick is a .500 coach without Tom. At least Marv got us to 4 SB's with a QB substantially "less talented" than Josh. What's Sean's excuse, because there always is one.
  14. 🤯 Oh well, I like the idea of keeping Beane but McD just doesn't have the chops to win us a close playoff game. Enjoy McShottenheimer if that's your thing?
  15. McKenzie struggled....Milano drops an easy pic6....NFL rules state Tua shouldn't even have played the 2nd half....the heat index of over 100 plus no shade was the final straw. And yes it will take a heat stroke death before Goodell gets off his ass.
  16. Exactly....this should be a time of celebration, not smart ass remarks trying way too hard to be funny. That Cincy loss really did irreparable damage to a huge percentage of fans. Way too much cynicism going around.
  17. Whether we like it or not we're stuck with him until the end of the 24 season. We're not taking the dead cap hit. So we either mend the fences or hope JA can calm him down.
  18. It's would be poetic karma that our first Lombardi comes from Boomer's prediction.
  19. Mikie said there'd be no math.
  20. I'm just shocked that for over 5 years Sean didn't insist on Leslie running a defensive style that he believes in? He allowed Frazier to run his own version of McD's base defense without much blitzes or press coverage. Makes no sense and our playoff results reflected that?
  21. Signing Floyd to compliment Rousseau was brilliant. Don't rush Von back too early. And when he does return (week 6?), keep him on a snap count. Hyde & Poyer healthy will be huge. We'll see which LB rises up to pair with Milano. At the very least I think we'll be a top 8 D. I'm actually a little excited to see Sean take everything over.
  22. Yeah I get it. But you have to understand that here in LA most radio sports talk shows are pure crap. When there not talking about garbage none sports related issues, they're whinning about Laker or Dodger problems. I could care less. At least Cowherd (whether you agree with him or not) discusses or mentions Allen/ Buffalo almost daily. And he spends more time on the NFL then all our other shows combined. I don't have the luxury as I'm driving to listen to local Buffalo stations. Get it.......
  23. My God Cowherd....give it a rest....he starts his 3rd straight week with his tired "Bills trending down"...."McDermott not an offensive HC"...."Diggs unhappy".....this guy literally spent 10 minutes this morning for a 3rd straight week harping on his same narrative. He's literally running out of Shi# to talk about. And his sidekick Jets honk just fuels the fire. I agree with some of his McD issues but he's being incredibly lazy going full clickbait mode. Dork is losing it.....
  24. I agree with everything except we will have important high leverage reg. season games like KC, Cincy & Mia. that determines seeding. Von & Floyd will be required. No NBA load management for those games. But yes keeping Von & Floyd healthy and fresh for a playoff run is vital.
  25. Sammy and Rosen. Monumentally wrong on both counts. Now if Sean somehow goes on to help the Bills win 1 SB, I will have completed the Crow Triple Crown.
