I maybe a much better understanding of how PC works compared to Mac. I am relatively new to Mac products (my iPad being the only Mac prospect I’ve ever really owned)

Very true. lol. except for some reason the videos in this thread won’t play for me. All I hear is sound with a black screen. But for some reason that happens for me with all the videos that are embedded here directly from the Bills site. I am on an iPad though, so maybe that’s why? Maybe it’s just my operating system (IOS) or safari web browser that apple uses or that it’s a mobile platform, idk. I wish I could figure out why they won’t play for me though, because you post some really cool videos/press conferences from the Bills site quite frequently and I have to go hunting through the video section of their webpage (which is a mess IMO) and usually can’t find it there (because of said mess), so then I hunt through their twitter timeline until I find it... lol.

You don’t need Facebook to find/watch it. Just google “Buffalo Bills embedded” and it’ll show up on their Facebook page. You can watch it without signing in though.

I don’t understand why so many are this worked up over what Ramsey said. Calling him trash rash was taking it too far, but otherwise his opinion (on JA’s performance against big schools) was one that was WIDELY shared on these boards pre-draft. How can i slam him for an opinion I shared myself? Especially when Josh hasn’t played any real games yet to change people’s minds? My my opinion has slowly changed since we drafted him. But I don’t expect people outside of buffalo to change their opinion unti” he proves them wrong. edit - also wanted to say that I’ll never understand those who want violence inflicted on someone for simple trash talking.

I remember the crazy amount of effort it seemed like he’d have to put into completing basic short passes. Sometimes you’d see him reset his feet 2-3 times before he would throw the ball to a receiver 10yds away.

Yeah, that happened and I said the same thing myself. It was like they were yelling at him just to yell. Especially when shortly after that they show David Njoku dropping even more passes than Coleman and he never once got chewed out nearly as bad. Half the time the coaches didn’t even say anything to him. But Hue did make him do “30 catches from the jugs machine” after practice... poor guy. lol And not even tough catches. They stood him like 10ft in front of the machine, facing it head on. Didn’t even have him practice catches form different angles or distances. Just the most generic 30 easy catches possible, while the coaches just sat and watched. No coaching. Just watched. lol I am pretty sure they were yelling at him about that specific pass because Coleman even made a comment to Haley afterwards that “no it didn’t (hit him in the chest)” and Haley said something along the lines of how he’s not going to give Coleman the benifit of the doubt. I kind of got the impression that the coaches had their mind made up on Coleman already and there wasn’t much he could do to change it. We only got to see such a small portion of what happened though, so maybe I’m off base.

I noticed (and loved) that, too. I also noticed that Daboll was seated right next to him in every meeting as well. They seem to be glued together at the hip (which is a good thing, IMO).

I think one of my favorite lines (from McD) might have been when he was talking about the intensity in practice lacking on the first day and said “Fix it. Now.”

Man, Sean McDermott is damn impressive. I don’t know how anyone could say otherwise... he is a leader of men. His attention to detail comes through in everything he does. And boy, talk about night and day compared to what I’ve seen on Hard Knocks!

Meh. I was never aboard the EJ hype train. Im not fully on board the Allen hype train yet either. But I do know that I see more potential in him already than I ever seen in EJ. To be clear, I’m not down on him or anything like that. I just need to see more of him before I form a real opinion.

I wasn’t very clear, but I meant if we had kept the 4 picks in the top 31 that we originally had before Tim Murray traded 3 of the 4 picks away. That draft was sooo deep with talent. When you look at the player we could have had at #21, #25 and #31, it could have set the Sabres up for years to come (had they kept & hit on those picks). Imagine if they had picked any of Brock Boeser, Sebastian Aho, Colon White, Jacob Larsson, Travis Konecny, Travis Dermott, Jack Roslovic or even Noah Juulsen, Anthony Beauvillier, Gabriel Carlsson, Nick Merkley, Brandon Carlo. But who knows, maybe we wouldn’t have Dahlin, or even Mittelstadt right now if they had kept+hit on those 2015 picks, so I guess maybe everything happens for a reason...

Techincally they didn’t do away with the stripe. Hue Jackson had them removed to literally “make the players earn their stripes”. lol What will be interesting to see is if they put the stripes back on the helmet one by one (when they feel a player has legitimately earned it) or all at once (which would make removing them in the first place look like a bigger gimmick than it already does...).

Well, good thing Buffalo already has 3 next year, then! Jason Botterill will look brilliant if this 2019 draft ends up being as deep as 2015 was (assuming he hits on the picks, that is). Ive said it numerous times, but I’ll say it again - that 2015 draft alone could have set Buffalo up for the next 10yrs. So, hopefully, 2019 will give us another chance at that.

Well, that was disappointing. They barely showed anything having to do with the Coleman trade. They showed him at his house admiring his shoe collection. Then on the field dropping a bunch of passes and getting his ass chewed out by the coaches. Then there was a 15 second scene in Hue office and that was about it. I thought it was kind of ridiculous some of the plays he got yelled at about. Specifically that one pass that Haley reams him over saying something about how it hit him right in the chest. The ball was nowhere near him! I don’t see how he could have made that catch. Seemed like Haley was yelling at him just to yell. Also, found it kind of interesting that they show David Njoku dropping just as many passes as Coleman and yet he was not chewed out nearly as bad for any of the drops. I will say that I thought the Browns coaching staff did come off a little better in this episode than the last one, but that’s not a very high bar to clear... lol. Yeah, I haven’t seen much actual coaching from them. From what I’ve seen on the show, they don’t seem all that interested in trying to help their players understand what exactly they did wrong and/or how to fix it. I don’t see the attention to detail. I’ve just see a bunch of screaming about effort level and how they’re idiots for screwing up. Also agree on that personnel guy (or whatever he was). He definitely didn’t seem prepared, which is probably why he was so hesitant to hand over that list of WR’s. I mean, how does your head personnel guy not have a list prepared of available players?

Just s reminder that Hard Knocks is on at 10pm tonight. Very interested to see the Coleman trade go down on tonight’s episode.

Reminder that this airs in 24 hours. I cant wait to watch. Just watching the few short clips that I’ve seen of this so far compared to what I’ve seen on Hard Knocks of Hue (and Dirk Koetter last year), I have to say wow what a difference. McDermott just commands the room every time I see him, whether with coaches or players.

I read that the Raiders and Khalil Mack haven’t even talked since February, and that Gruden has not spoken with Mack since he was hired. Kinda crazy if true

Couldn’t he file a lawsuit against her for defamation of character if that happens?

Is it normal for a civil suit to be filed so quickly, and while the original investigation is still ongoing like this? Seems kind of quick to me but maybe this is the norm.

If Josh Allen wins the QB competition fair and square, then so be it. But my only thing is that once he goes in as the starter, I want him to STAY in. I absolutely do not want to have to pull him because he’s not ready. I’d rather not take any chance at hurting his confidence level. If Allen is named starter, they just have to be damn sure he’s ready to stay in. Otherwise, if there’s any doubt, go with AJ or Nate. Its a lot easier to switch from Nate/AJ to Josh than vise versa.

In my opinion, this makes it look like she was just after money the entire time, since she knew her free ride with McCoy was just about done. I hate to doubt the “victim” in these types of scenarios. But this is a bad look for her, especially when the police investigation hasn’t even finished yet (to my knowledge).
