I’m not nearly as knowledgeable on this stuff as others in this thread, but I certainly feel like we should have at least been able to test at the rate other countries were. Bills still have a good amount of draft picks this year. 2nd (#54j 3rd (#86) 4th (#118) 5th (not sure which 5th they kept?) 6th (not sure which 6th they traded?) 6th 7th (from Vikings)

Arizona gave up a 2020 2nd (#40 overall) and 2021 4th + a RB (who the Texans reportedly valued and think can bounce back in their system). So the pick was 18 spots later than the pick the Bills gave up. Plus we have no idea if the texans were willing to trade Hopkins within the AFC. They sent him to the NFC. For all we know the Bills made an offer. Maybe they wanted Singletary + a pick? Or maybe the Bills preferred Diggs. We will have to wait and see if more info comes out in the future, but we can’t just assume the Bills could’ve had every player that gets traded.

Beane said he didn’t plan on going big game hunting. So I’m not really expecting them to throw around big money. I’m expecting more mid tier and depth signings. or maybe a surprise trade. I obviously want to see Bills signings like everyone else, but I doubt they are going to burn though all the cap space they just went though all that pain (in 2018) to acquire. I expect the big money to go to Tre and other players the Bills drafted. (though I wouldn’t be surprised to see them go after Clowney with the past rumored interest).

It’s obviously more dangerous for people with preexisting conditions. But People without preexisting conditions have died too. An acquaintance of mine’s 40yr old, otherwise healthy friend is in critical condition in the hospital right now with this virus. And the U.S. has one of the highest populations in the world of obese and diabetic people, things that put you in the higher risk categories.

I think it all depends on what happens over the next couple/few weeks. Everything seems to be closing rapidly right now, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they do cancel the rest of the season. The last time it happened was during the 1919 Stanley cup finals iirc. I believe they were in game 5 of the finals and just cancelled the Stanley cup for that season. Ill be interested to to see how they decide draft position if they do.

They coordinated with NJ and Connecticut to close bars in all 3 states. -They will have the capacity to test 7000 per day. -Trying to get army corps of engineers to come and retrofit hospitals but no luck so far. Thinks they’re going to run out of hospital space. -All casinos and gyms gyms closed. -all closings go into effect at 8pm. -local govt.’s reduce to 50% work force Private businesses encouraged to do the same -State will provide masks for all first responders; police and EMT, etc. new casss in NY: - 950 confirmed cases -7 deaths -158 hospitalized -Wyoming and Allegheny have new cases. Yeah same here! I had read rumors that it may be postponed until May or June. It’ll be interesting to see how everything is set up, from draft parties to the war room (as mentioned above) etc. I wonder if it will all be modified? I feel like It still could get postponed though.
