I said the same thing to a friend today. It’s going to be tougher for Belichick to grind so hard on guys without Brady setting the example. Tampa also plays New England in 2021. I can’t really even imagine Watching Brady play against the patriots (assuming he’s still playing). That will be very strange. It’s going to be strange seeing the Bills face Brady in another uniform too. Glad we never had to see Jim Kelly in another uniform. Seeing Bruce and Thurman was tough enough.

Any else’s email inbox getting filled up with letters from companies on the steps they’re taking to battle coronavirus? I’ve received at least a dozen in the last few days. Just got one from my veterinarian’s office saying that they will only allow 1 patient into their office at a time. To wait in your car and call them to check in by phone. Another from Microsoft saying they will be closing their stores for now. Lots more with various precautions and steps being taken. This is all so surreal.

Yes they sure do. I always had Nintendo, sega then Xbox 360. I was never all that into gaming, played here and there. But I’ve been playing more over the last few years when I bought the new Xbox one. Then I bought that pro account at game stop, started getting that free game magazine they send you and started paying attention to all the exclusive games PlayStation had. I ended up buying a PS4 when they had that $199 sale a while back. Their exclusive games blow Xbox out of the water. Horizon zero dawn. God of war. Uncharted. Spider-Man. I’m currently playing the yakuza series. The story is amazing. I accidentally played #6 first not realizing it was the series end. But the story hooked me. So I played 0, 1, 2 and am 1/2 way through #3 with 4 & 5 next. Xbox had an amazing deal going on their Xbox ultimate, where you could convert 3 years of Xbox gold to Xbox ultimate for free (which gives you game pass for PC and console + Xbox gold). It transfers to the new series X, and many of the new games coming out this year will offer a free upgrade to the series S game when it comes out. I know ill eventually buy both both of them. Just have to decide which to get first.

I think just the opposite. I think he will be more driven than ever to prove that his “patriot way” was the main reason for the NE dynasty. I think he might even be invigorated by this reset & trying to develop a new franchise QB. Ill be absolutely shocked if he retires.

Nice! I just posted the new Xbox series X specs yesterday and said I can’t wait to see the full PS5 specs. The new Xbox features look amazing. I heard Sony has some surprises up their sleeve to announce. Definitely Excited to see what they are.

And Diggs wanted out of Minnesota + seems excited to be coming here (from his tweet to Allen anyway). Shady loved philly and wasn’t at all pleased to be moved and it worked out. I have faith in Beane, McDermott and the culture they’ve build. I feel like our locker room can handle it. I’m not at all convinced Diggs is even a problem. If that’s the case I think him and josh Allen could be a really great match. Josh is willing to do whatever it takes to win.

I think the bucs make sense, and so do the chargers. But I’m not sure Dean Spanos is committed enough to winning for Brady’s liking. Sounds like the Bucs owner is willing to go all in. Maybe Spanos is too? But t would be a 1st. They do need to establish an LA fan base though.

This is my guess. Bring him in as competition for Stidham (who they reportedly want to win the job). Brissett knows the NEvsystem already, is good enough that he can start but no so good that he will keep stidham off the field if/when he’s ready.

I am as close to 100% confident as I possibly can be that they will not tank. #1) that defense is too good to allow it #2) no freaking way Belichick wants to only win 1-2 games the season after Brady leaves, so everyone is saying “see, the dynasty WAS Brady! Told you!”. and #3) Belichick is just way too driven to win to ever tank IMO. He seems totally consumed by trying to win championships. Personally, I think he wants to prove that he doesn’t need an elite QB to win Super Bowls. I think he wants to prove that it’s his coaching/system/method. The “patriot way” that wins Super Bowls.

Yeah, I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Hopkins ended up moving from the AFC to NFC, and Diggs from the NFC to AFC. arizona gave up pick #40. We gave up #22. Maybe he didn’t view that 18 spot difference as worth potentially having to battle against Hopkins in the playoffs for the foreseeable future. I also read that BOB actually placed value on David Johnson and thinks he’s a great candidate to have a bounce back year for Houston. Hypothetically, What if they wanted Singletary + 2nd from us? Personally, I think I’d take the Diggs trade. Yeah, we may get a better player than Singletary with that #22 pick this year, but it’s not a guarantee. And I like Motor an awful lot. Plus the Bills already spent a year developing him and had Gore mentoring him.

Are you in any of the the higher risk categories? Are any of your family members you have a lot of contact with? Personally, I’m trying to stay home as much as possible right now. It’s not just the elderly being hospitalized by this virus.

I read that one of the things they’ve learned from COVID19 in China is that if you are 40+ and smoke, it raises your chances of dying by 8-10%. I’m not sure if it’s true, but either way, use it as motivation to stay smoke free!! Thats a significantly higher risk. Say you are in the lower risk category, 2.5 - 3.5%. Being a smoker above the age of 40 would put your risk at 12.5 - 13.5%, basically moving you into the highest risk category.

Not sure how you find out exactly which stories are being unlocked, but I figured I’d share.

I keep seeing people saying the Bills got “fleeced” on Twitter (not that I care) but I don’t see it that way At All. IMO the Bills weren’t getting a receiver as talented as Diggs at #22, and to trade up into the range it would take to get one of the top receivers in this draft class (assuming they’re still on the board and a team is willing to trade down to #22), it would most likely cost more than a 5th + 6th + 4th next year. And it would probably take better/more premium picks to do it (like a 2nd/3rd, etc). This gives us a #1 WR we know is plug & play. No rookie learning curve. No wondering if he can produce in the NFL. We know Diggs is a top tier receiver in the NFL. Im thrilled.

Is that the one you don’t need to plug into a desktop PC? I thought about buying one. You’d recommend it?
