This is a random isolated incident that’s being portrayed by the MAGA influencers as an attack on white people. There is absolutely no reason to put up murals or whatever unless the specific goal was to inflame racial division. How does this treat the underlying cause of crime? What will this do to prevent future crimes? There’s no “violence issue” with “blacks” there is a violence issue with people in poverty. More black people live in poverty; however this is construed as being some kind of racial thing. Your solution is to keep people from becoming criminals in the first place.
