  1. There is zero historical precedent suggesting that this will work.
  2. I appreciate that but you still have a “wait and see” attitude that doesn’t make sense to me. We KNOW tariffs are bad. We KNOW the historical precedent for this is awful.
  3. Also there’s plenty of evidence to suggest that increasing supply lowers housing costs besides it being simple supply and demand theory. Austin, Texas, is a prime example. https://www.texastribune.org/2025/01/22/austin-texas-rents-falling/
  4. I get really ticked off when MAGAs wave off any sort of criticism or pushback as “ TDS”
  5. It’s absolutely a supply issue and I don’t know how you think it isn’t. Freddie Mac estimates from a good 3-4 years ago have us roughly three million housing units short of where we need to be for an adequate supply of housing.
  6. You want us to trust the guys who are tariffing uninhabited islands based off a formula that makes no sense?
  7. ^ Three idiots with no understanding of macroeconomics or international relations.
  8. What do you mean “which one?” We’re slapping tariffs on everyone. Let’s use Vietnam, if you need an example.
  9. This is beyond the stock market, this is the destruction of any and all global trade alliances with our allies abroad. That’s the part you’re not grasping.
  10. MAGAs voted for this, not sure why you’re confused. Populism inherently leads to violence and instability.
  11. It’s been five years. That’s a skill issue.
  12. And this has…what to do with the message of that tweet? I love how you do this every time. It’s so predictable. Global supply is a good thing. Blind contrarianism is not a political ideology, it’s a toddler folding its arms and saying “no” to bedtime.
  13. Honest question, do you actually read news?
  14. And then you wonder why women overwhelmingly vote Democrat.
