  1. He has an Above Average arm, for sure. Is the greatest cerebral assassin since Peyton, and is smart as a whip. Reads/diagnoses pre snap better than anyone in the last 5 drafts. Is an !@#$. A Boss. And will be the best QB in the game in 5 years. Trade the farm. Screw it, trade the NEIGHBOR'S FARM. He's that good
  2. A "flier" on him? Good grief man, who would you want? If you got someone better deserving of a flier, please let us know so we can follow your logic
  3. 100 million dollar question in 4 years...
  4. Do you know from whom this nonsense came from directly over at NFL.com? I'd like to slap him one good time. Unless he's a her...then I'd just laugh even harder and say, "ok. She's as dumb as a box of rocks"
  5. I started a thread about this lol. Glad to see Somebody who's been around it more than any of us agrees! Crazy A$$ draft, for sure. C'Mon 2 weeks!
  6. Yeah, does it make sense to travel to LA 2 weeks before the draft for a QB that Nobody thinks slips past #1 or #2? As Schoop proposed today, that seems like a colassal waste of time unless they see a path to him.....especially this close to the draft. I stand by my choice, Rosen, but I can't see why they would do this if they didn't think they were at least capable of landing this guy.
  7. Rosen is the real deal.so yes, it's worth the cost. All day long, and twice on Sundays?
  8. Come on home, Mack!!
  9. Great read! Thanks. Man, put all that together, and wow!
  10. I'm just being realistic. What we need more than a DT is Lb, Wr,QB, and online. It'd be great to afford a luxury pick, but we have too many holes elsewhere imo
  11. Superb is an overstatement. If ANY part of his game (besides running) were superb, he'd be in with the top class, not as a "plan B" / developmental guy/second tier guy
  12. Yeah.next year I'm guessing. A rookie for Star to mentor. This is just not the year to take a DT in rd1
  13. Barkley is falling to 6. If He gets by #4, which he will if Chubbs is available, he might go to 10 or beyond. Too many premium players to take a RB that high. Oh, and very likely Baker falls to 12, barring a trade up We are not taking a DT at 12. We signed Star to buy us a couple of years
  14. Insider information. The Evil genius strikes again, oh No!?
  15. I get that. But its like being nominated for a Grammy, or Emmy, or whatever...and not attending. It's as much to do with accomplishment and recognition as it is a future job
  16. I remember when it was looked as an honor of sorts to be invited and attend. Times have changed since Rodgers was drafted. For each their own, but the experience only happens once.
  17. This has potential to be a perennial pro-bowl/all pro tenure for him in Denver. He already was good. Put him in the Mile High and he's gonna be a top punter for years. Solid move by Elway & company
  18. I couldn't agree more! Either way it goes down, I'll accept and trust it. But damn, I want a QB. Never a better time than now
  19. I didn't realize I had an agenda, but that said, we all know what his is. And that's fine by me. Just wondered why we needed another thread about it is all. Wasn't trying to be "snarky", but just funny. Sorry if it offended you. What threads of mine are agenda laden, might I ask?
  20. With high character!?
  21. Merryland, is not so merry. We all know the way it works. We all know you want to add players instead of a QB. Why all the threads repeating your own agenda? Get a QB! A top one! Rosen or Mayfield! That's all. Great thread?
  22. At least you're honest?
  23. Yeah, wth was that?? Lol
  24. So, with all the noise, moves, new GM's/ HC's, trades, etc this year, I was thinking that THIS is the craziest draft I can honestly remember in my 43 years( 30+ as a die hard Bill's fan). So I thought it would be cool to break up the monotnomy on the boards and pose a question of what everyone's memories are of the craziest draft in their lifetime, but more importantly, why? A lot of big-time moves have happened in my memory. Manning/River's trade. Ricky Williams. Hell, even Herschel Walker. Anybody care to share their thoughts?
